I would also add that it was the stated intention of the BoD to publish such in a peer reviewed journal, so I find it a little baffling why anyone would look to prompt a negative consequence of such especially given the narrative and reasoning of JR during the IMC.

If you then delve into Potnak’s AI “chat” of presumed impartial predictive values, SP has potentially played a blinder in getting SRA737 repatriated at zilch cost, to become our lead predicted value compound, of course with the usual caveats.

Sensible and informative post HBD, on the nail imvho, and Laz, yes a little blooded but as you say far from beaten - just think back to the MC August 2021, pro rata the shares to now and what we really had there in actual compound status to what we have now - no comparison, the market will wake up very soon and a re rate should be on the cards, MM’s in a perfect world want a high volume of sells and buys to make their digit %’s otherwise they create a market (manipulation) as they even did yesterday on the buys, covered probably by their own half million sell after close to balance out with private account shares.

Not bothered anymore with the “I called it right” brigade, ego chasing at best, did we go below 10p as suggested and even called? -oh, and we changed direction again!! we bought an increased ownership of SRA737 in house for virtually zilch, pesky BoD!!

Reality is, if you bought into Sareum a drug development company as an investment, you certainly, would want the “science” to be where it is now, a fair wind from the market “rascals” and I hear the Isley Brothers 🎵 (leave that to the oldies)

Above all in jest, I happen to think we are coming out the woods, I’m sure there are different opinions but we have all done our own research and have own strategies, I’ve just posted mine, no biggie!!

Looks like gurufocus just copied my minutes of the meet, the tide may at last be slowly turning - some good insight from CoL, Krone’s link to Oberon with the overview of small cap investing and for those interested MM’s can hold shares as they are allowed to have private accounts, their books are balanced by hedging against other shares otherwise each day an individual company would buy and sell the same amount - worth reading what the trading terms “spoofing” and “front running” mean if you don’t believe there’s manipulation.

Hopefully, the gentle rises continue, SD enjoy your holiday, I’m off to Cornwall for a break and will be taking the “long” board for a surf!!

Gunner as Dick Emery would say “ oh you are awful, but I like you” - good luck with the investment, yes we are in a different place with dilution, but I still think there’s a good return to be had for those who perhaps didn’t sell in 9p days if the Toxicity Studies binary is as JR is hoping to achieve.

For me, all been said now by the BoD, no more “wriggling” and I’m happy with the stated proposed pathway.

With the utmost respect, I think your letting your frustrations over rule your call - our science is out sourced so JR and TM “manage” - SP stated in the IMC that we have Nomad advisors and he would call on further financial advisors if necessary for any deals, no such advisor was required for SRA737 - so what would any additional “someone else” do other than reduce our cash pathway?

Come on give it a break, get your anti SP, but surely you can see he’s trying and beginning to turn this round, no?

I find it interesting that no one has picked up that our “Scientists” were the cause of the delay in starting Toxicity Studies ( and rightly so as it’s their input that will drive our ultimate position ) and not SP, who in the meantime brought in a better deal for SRA737.

The latest Hybridan Research statement gives a pretty concise picture of where we are, rather than some of the “confused” understandings/comments posted on here since yesterday’s RNS.

Putting our “outside of UK” friend to one side, reflected on yesterday and yes in a good place with Sareum.

Accept that we will still mess around at this sp level for the immediate future, but, still rather be in than out.

Treated yesterday as an old time back at work Management Meeting, drawn up my own minutes and see a “programme” of progress through the year.

Everything (within Nomad remit) mentioned, bar, one little point,Hybridan - Oberon it was stressed had a trading platform which I believe is Aquis, intriguing who done the recent placement and will Oberon be our driver?

And the light bulb moment as I don’t it’s been mentioned on the bb, the matter of SRA737 coming back in with IND approval for very little cost with the extra % ownership, if it comes to fruition SP has compensated in some way for dilution!

Of course there is a concern that the sp resides where it does, however, something that even Surfie should relate to, the tide turns and I happen to think after today’s IM presentation that is the case, won’t be tomorrow, but, there’s good cash runway for the aims of our 3 molecules over 6 - 12 months.

As for deals, think a lot of people in their venting today forgot to acknowledge SP has just closed one with the addition of IND in the USA.

I can’t speak for SOG, but, as I said read everything twice, interesting what you pick up second time round (that can be good as well as bad) and more importantly make your own decision not that of a virtual poster on a bb, me included!

The beauty is we now have transparency within the remit of the Nomad, SP has said himself PR to be ramped up, yes delay but clarification, meanwhile, he could flip SRA737.

I’ve minuted every question and answer ( sure others have as well) will await IM report to confirm and we go forward on that game plan - fair wind it’s all very encouraging!!

Likewise trust you are well, I had similar dialogue with fellow shareholders off of the bb post meet - in a nutshell we now have transparency of where we are (even TM is piping up that he’s been to Milan and engaged), the aims etc and as HBD has just alluded to we now have control of SRA737 .. those gremlins of MHRA, CPF, even peer review all put to bed - SP has achieved a lot since taking over the reins and now to start the recovery in Sareum value!

I presume that comment is aimed at me, for the record I’m as frustrated with the delay as much as anyone - I’m also realistic to accept “slippage” is part of business life.

With all TM’s and JR’s scientific nous, how many Toxiciy Studies have they co- ordinated - TM is paranoiac over keeping “our science “ under wraps, so I’m pretty certain he’s overseeing it all with JR.

We can all vent our frustrations, but, I still think all to play for and I keep harping on we have gained a majority holding in 737 in the meantime, which no one saw coming - so yes, change and progress on that front.

I think everyone knows where I stand, sp at the moment is undervalued imo for what we have but with 3 bites at progressing, I’ill wait as even in football you can get extra time, and sometimes “Fergie Time” comes into it’s own!!
