I’m certainly not getting my knickers in a twist over “initiated” - it could also mean they are just picking the phone up to book the lab - why not “confirm” studies have commenced!

Likewise, I’m far from an antagonist, just defending my investment and yes I do believe TM is sitting in a corner with a “party bag” of handouts normal at such conventions, and normally found in the trash cans on the way out!

Trust all is good with you (Sareum sp aside) - your post is very poignant to our current situation - we shareholders no longer have a clue what is going on!

Lots of differing opinions/frustrations on here that frankly are appearing to be ignored by the BoD, that said, agree with Leggster any change at this stage I believe would be disruptive so we need to get through the current pathway of studies and if the case, any negotiations with SRA737.

I can’t believe given SP’s proclamation for providing better PR that “team” Sareum agreed on TM’s “marketing” of Boston and wonder if part of his “step down” was he is left to roam and do what he wants - I’m still speechless on such crass wording of marketing to such an important meeting!

Just read HBD’s latest post, as usual very informative and much appreciated, just begs the question shouldn’t Sareum “Marketing Dept” aka TM be announcing such info, rather than, come and have a cuppa at the “Boston Tea Party”

Yes, some will say “sarky” but I’ve witnessed TM’s contempt of shareholders in his reply to me at the AGM regarding SRA737’s return with data provided from Sierra and his “belief” that he didn’t need to inform us.

So a request to our acting CEO Dr. Parker “any chance of letting shareholders know where we are in the announced pathway of the RNS in March and within the latest RNS does “initiated” mean “commenced” i.e. dosage to mice has been administered and studies underway! - surely nothing price sensitive in that, but, reassuring the cash burn is proactive!!

A tired at being fobbed off lth shareholder, who for the record, has been very active off the bb and supportive of the BoD to date as some of you will bear witness to!

I suggested a Shareholder Newsletter to SP similar to your suggestion - response good idea, but would need to pass Nomad.

I could go on but tired of the bb myself included having to second guess, straight forward progress.

Straight forward question, we’ve initiated Toxic Studies 2 weeks ago, a 16 week programme, has the first dosage been administered - does anyone know?

But we do know TM is going to Boston, sitting in the corner with the hope someone may come and have a Costa with him!!

I’m not looking for change of personnel, just fulfilment of both the acknowledgment and commitment to better communication as stated numerous times.

I want them to succeed as the company they created, just don’t get the approach since the turn of the year, get they can’t invent news and SP can’t do anything unless the “science” flows so surely the Toxicity Studies are the prime focus for the scientists, SRA737 the data is there so surely a flip, other development “research” as the infamous saying goes “form an orderly queue” we need funds from the previous two first!

Enough from me now, other than I just don’t get the game plan anymore and obviously the BoD have no intention of any enlightenment to its shareholders!

I don’t dispute your analogy, but, I do now have a problem with how the BoD “sell” Sareum - my understanding was when TM stood down SP would drive the company forward, however, it seems to me there’s no drive to “develop” and SP needs such to “deal”.

Get we should have a plan B, but, seems TM is still dictating the “pace” of Sareum’s development which given my personal experience of his “belief” as to what shareholder’s need to know (disclosures at AGM’s of MHRA and of SRA737 data return) bothers me!

I find TM more of a concern than SP currently, simply because we don’t know his remit as a BoD member, and given if Sareum had something to say that is new, it would have been RNS’d to the market aka it’s shareholders not an invitation to some LinkedIn “buddies” on a jolly - so what is he taking to Boston!

No doubt, others will have different opinions but I as someone who has supported the BoD to the hilt, believe they should now be doing more in PR than “appears” to be happening .

As I’ve said previously we seem to be back

“researching” more than “developing “ on a limited cash runway, a little concerning!

Presumably 2 weeks into a 16 week toxicity study, the most pivotal period in Sareum’s history and we don’t even know if the mice have turned up for registration, yes flippant, but how hard is that to confirm to the market?

Just find it all a very baffling approach to successful commercialisation both scientifically and financially, anyway …..

Exactly my point, it’s not even lacklustre more bone idle and projecting someone who is not confident in selling himself or the Company and products it hopes to develop.

Sanofi we’re at Rome, are a sponsor at Boston and have an aggressive approach to looking and improving it’s pipeline in oncology and immunology - have we even said “hello”?

We may be a small biotech, but, we need to start making a noise (yes, we may be told by some to go forth and multiply) - at least try and not just sit in the corner waiting for someone to come and talk to us!

Perhaps time for TM as Sareum’s COO to wake up and stop “faffing” around and living off shareholder’s dilution, what is the purpose of his trip to Boston other than waffle on about “in the shop window” when frankly all I see is an continually undressed model waiting to be “fashioned”.

He along with JR need to start “developing” rather than “initiating” our existing programme with attitude and getting some info out the lab to SP so he can negotiate “deals” - personally, I think a pigeon messenger would have been sufficient for Boston - coo rather than COO I’m hearing this morning!!

As forwarded to me by a fellow shareholder, AI is clearly and evidently on the rise and in the ascendancy with potentially very significant and impactful implications for traditional and hitherto conventional drug discovery development platforms such as those of Sareum's …. as I said time to wake up!!

Totally agree Shepster, it’s merely showing there’s happenings out there - any thoughts on the Gilead post which you would hope may have some connection “towards” Sareum and its pipeline!

We’ve been told the Toxicity Studies have been initiated just under two weeks ago, what was you expecting as an update?

Get the frustration, yes it is very very slow, but, the BoD have issued statements and as I have mused perhaps the silence is telling us more - otherwise 16 weeks for studies and SRA737 data is being looked at!

Agree HBD, it is something both TM and SP have alluded to in past conversations at AGM’s.

Frustrating as it is, personally, I think the silence is more telling - just my hunch after listening through the IMC video and Q&A again.

As usual, very interesting read especially Nanomaterials - have had many a lecture from my son on the “negative” effects of such in recent times!

As a owner of a surf business, he and his partner are very much advocates for a “clean” life and environment - as you can imagine leads to some interesting discussions given my investment in a “drug development” company - fortunately, we get on very well and a good wine mellows us suitably 👍
