Many thanks, appreciate the good wishes - my visit all very poignant and ironic, as for last 18 months I’ve been under consultation for Psoriatic Arthritis, today going through screening etc.. to hopefully get funding and commence biologics after second trial medication side effects wiped out my white blood count and dare say nearly me back in December!!

On a brighter note my consultant is aware of Sareum as a company, no more info than that though!

Hi SOG, likewise with due respect there is a vast difference between data results and a data package!

I do not dispute data results are there to assist the lab in the newly chosen route of toxicity studies, my point is more that there “may” be others on the sideline waiting for the full package before progressing further, after all, our current “interested” parties may just be a next stage progression and not a complete take out as has been suggested by some on the bb.

I’m taking a cautious view at what is a very pivotal point for Sareum and considering all possibilities of which some probably haven’t even been considered on the bb.

At Addenbrookes at the moment for an appointment, may pop into Astra Zenca Research and see if we’re on the right track and on their “wish list”.

I think the full data package for the initial trials and journal review carries more relevance than is being given by some on here, there may be other interested parties waiting for such information before entering dialogue, to suggest not, would imply the door is closed - highly unlikely if no deal is yet signed.

Who knows, our own broker Oberon may be waiting for such to progress their role!

Also, to say the ones we are “talking” to have the “Full Monty” is incorrect, JR alluded to as much when he gave his explanation for the delay by stating everything had to be spot on including latest wording of patents.

Data reports/packages have a purpose in any business model, and Sareum would need a signed off Data Package for the current Toxicity Studies to be successfully completed - as Laz states Due Diligence is key - me, I’m just saying my opinion!

In fairness to SP, it is not he who is producing the data report, nor conducting the trials - he can only work with info/results he receives from the TM and/or JR, or perhaps he should just make it up !!

Yes, we would all like quicker answers and actions, but, we are what we are - a very small biotech trying to become part of the larger pharmaceutical arena and have to do so with what we’ve got - blaming SP for everything is not going to produce quicker data reports/trial results.

I’m sure he is as keen as any shareholder that Sareum get it right and succeed both in the Lab and the Market, the latter being of more importance to us shareholders than an opinion of “suggestion” as portrayed in a national tabloid, let’s face it, if there weren’t any new cancer treatments in the pipeline, what’s the point of drug development?

Morning Leggster, I seem to recall the Oct 24 warrants were a 5 year period and not sure any of the HNWI warrants were for 12.5p.

I’m still not so sure the 500k transaction is linked and hence still side with it being an earlier week trade as a buy - just my thinking given where we are pipeline wise.

Ultimately, the conversion is a 1m share dilution which shouldn’t really have had the effect it appears to have had on the sp, but, MM’s are clever little so and so’s - I continue to wait patiently as less than 6 months to year end!

Hi HBD, I’m still not sure whether the 500k was a sell, the RNS has given the MM’s the “smoke and mirrors” they love - the “buy” could have been placed earlier in the week and filled late!

Sorry Meg, but I’ve got to call you out on that post - I’ve no political agenda on this bb, but as the Club Treasurer of a football club in East London founded in 1898 and probably the largest adult football club in the country (15 sides) where the ethos is “football for all” I’ve seen the consequences of ethnic minorities trying to establish a “life” in this country, not “sponging” as you “eloquently” misinterpret more “survival” as reality is - I’m sure on reflection you may admit an inappropriate post, if not , then all your 365 posts have become meaningless to me.

Hi baliff, ha over there a couple of times this week to visit my cousin as I’m on north coast - back to the “oven” of Essex on Sunday after a week of meeting our new granddaughter 🙂

Slowly but surely SP appears to be getting Sareum in-line with how he stated in recent post conversations AGM’s - not going to get engaged in values, but, wouldn’t be surprised if SRA737 is somewhere in the mix and potentially the next news update - either way, glad I have my holding which will be with me over the weekend.
