Thanks for sharing Krone, so pretty obvious what SP has been up to Q1, hopefully getting fully stocked with 1801 compound given lead in times and ready to “positively” push on with Toxicity Studies in Q2 and beyond - if any don’t believe that is what’s happening and he’s working on another clandestine way of building his and the BoD’s retirement fund, then you probably need to revisit your investment in this share.

Said purely as an observation of the posting mantra, I accept things should be quicker and more informative but they ain’t- perhaps we should accept we are a very very small biotech in a large pharmaceutical market trying to get attention and if you consider our business model the very nature of achieving it’s goal is a dilution process.

If SP can get a good statement out, I think we can see a change, dyor and have a good day!

At least we both believe Sareum have something worthwhile, acknowledge your view of SP, mine happens to be different and given the cash runway we have imo he is the best option to take us forward, hopefully, he will give a positive update of the last six months and more importantly the intention and goals of the next six months and the conclusions Sareum are aiming for!

There are appears to be an irrationality with todays sells, why would an institution buy at 12.5 and then sell at same time ( today’s numbers not like Fridays) - why would an HNWI bale out now when Toxicity Studies about to start and pipeline improved, I can see Potnak’s reasoning that some 10p “boys and girls” may be taking profit but could have at 40p plus if it’s just about %’s.

Now a nice turn up for the books would be a very positive interim results and statement by SP RNS’d tomorrow morning just as the new shares come on the market - surprised if there is but can hope.

@ Aber I too am watching the share dilution closely and would have no hesitation in calling an EGM if I thought SP was “screwing” us - seem to recall AMKD and myself inviting shareholders to a meet to talk about such when we dropped to 10.25, recall a few scoffed at doing such.

Certainly not offended as we had the same discussion pre 2023 AGM, I’m baffled though if you have continued with the same views and now added that both Mitchell and Parker shouldn’t be on the board why you remain invested.

I agree the sp “sucks” but don’t believe it is entirely down to the BoD in particular SP, if anything I happen to think he has probably kept us afloat post MHRA and the debacle of the RF deal probably being our only choice to get trials in Oz completed - just my opinion!

To upheave the BoD now when we are on a clear pathway with 1801 and our best ever pipeline would be commercially insane given our cash runway and question would we get any betterment putting someone in their place?

As I’ve stated, I believe the next 6-12 hopefully will see a revised valuation of our compounds and that will be decided by the pharmaceutical market not the MM’s as at present!

I also read FG’s post under this thread, which just doesn’t make any sense, hopefully he will explain himself a little better.

Hazard a guess Damion, that SP has grasped the “business strategy ” from TM and dealing with whatever angle he can - I will never forget when I pushed TM at the AGM why he didn’t feel the need to say when they got SRA737 back from SO that the data following their progress was all in order - his limp reply was “ we didn’t think we needed to” lost faith in his credibility as a CEO there and then, acknowledge his “Scientific” prowess and along with JR hence why we are here!

We are in the commercial zone now, how it plays out is anybody’s guess - but, I do feel SP is putting everything he can on the table and I keep going back to Dr. Zed’s comment from SP from the AGM “ if we have an AGM next year” - wishful thinking I grant.

From memory, you also questioned the change in tack to Toxic Studies, now our most prominent drive for 1801 to be our catalyst to shareholder value, admittedly, it would be nice to know if it has started.

SP has no doubt the most important Interim Results update to present , let’s hope he can deliver for all.

Exactly my point SOG, like a second hand car SRA737 has a value and one for the “nays” it could be an old banger - that said a car dealer makes it work for him.

So SP see’s that and flips it is the worse case scenario - or he polishes it up, sends TM to Milano and lauds it to someone wanting to be in Oncology- all a game whether selling on a market stall or in the world of pharmaceuticals - I happen to think SP suited to this rather than TM - just my opinion, and please to all don’t fret if yours is different C’est le Vie.

No doubt making sure our “data packages” are at the forefront of all potential suitors - again I have no qualms with this, I sense a different Sareum and hopefully, it’s now a positive “tomorrow” going forward not just “jam” as many love to allude to!

There have been some informative posts over the weekend, notably not questioned by a certain membership of the bb - I’m happy for them to reply with their own counter informative posts, which can lead to civilised debate….but not sure there will be many!!

Just as an aside, did anybody prior to the RNS have a value in mind on SRA7, as given SP has more than doubled our % ownership and controlling interest at worst through a £1m placement to keep our cash flow at “ status quo” seems pretty shrewd to me irrespective of his current salary that obviously grinds with some people - I know of people who earn more in less reputable “careers”, by way of an example MM’s!

Anyway, we are all where we are, positive or negative, but the one thing SP can’t be blamed for we buy and sell ourselves - do dare is to do whichever side of the fence you’re on, but, don’t just sit on it - splinters in the A*** ain’t comfortable!

I’m fine now thanks - albeit, a little strange replying to a thread under my moniker!!

For me as you know, I strip everything back so I view from the science point Sareum is in it’s best place ever, control of it’s pipeline, planed route for 1801 and now the control of SRA737 next step whatever that maybe and still 1802 100% owned.

Funding to see us through into 2026, so time with the pipeline to progress, negotiate, flip, M&A whatever!

Binary events - straight forward analysis, either successful or failure - hopefully, not the later.

Shareholder value (especially lth’s) very poor, but we are now on a platform to improve (for the music lovers - Curtis Mayfield springs to mind).

Stephen Parker, we can’t change what’s happened but CPF, MHRA, RF, PH, Consolidation et all were a combined BoD decision and we as shareholders could have sold if we didn’t agree with the way our investment was going, if we chose to do nothing only ourselves to blame.

My personal view on SP, is that he has taken Sareum by the scruff of the neck and changed the remit and I’m happy to remain invested in that - the next 6-12 months could see a very positive change in value, but, it ain’t going to happen tomorrow!!

Finally, as per Hybridian’s comment on yesterday’s RNS, interim results are due by month end with a statement, an opportunity for everybody to reflect on where their investment is and where’s its going, another binary event - you either remain or choose to exit if it doesn’t suit your strategy.

Not being smart, just pragmatic on where we are!!

Trust you well and yes agree sp is certainly not grand and I get people’s frustration, I have my own!

However, I can’t agree with your comments regarding SRA737 - it was never handed back to “us” it went back to CPF and along with Sixth Element they “negotiated” the deals.

If SP did make a mistake imo it was the infamous quote “form an orderly queue”, somewhat brash when basically we didn’t have the perceived say in where it would go etc..

Before yesterday we all knew SRA737 was being returned by month end (I did say could be within as stated in RNS ) but to CPF - I know from a reply to a fellow shareholder by Tony Hickson CBO of CRUK there didn’t seem any real zest to get out there to remarket, a terse reference to speak to CPF - strange from a leading charity seeking licensing deals for “cures”.

Now the intrigue, SRA737 hasn’t been on Sareum’s remit just acknowledgement of “disappointing to note return”, but, SP (yes he who does nothing, just takes his salary) has chased it down, got more than double our % ownership and controlling interest which must have add on value to our pipeline value - question why? and before the predictable response “its c***” , TM & JR know it’s standing in the pharma world, where its success is and with whom, we could have a quick flip, our own on license with bigger %, or a worthy addition to the pipeline - it’s been taken back in, as I said the question is why?

Aber you obviously have another solution, prey what is it - you seem to have forgotten that until late last year the BoD was under the leadership of TM the scientist, my view is SP got us out of the RF fiasco, steadied the ship and now has got us controlling rights and increased ownership of SRA737 if I didn’t think that, I’m not sure I would have stayed invested - yes get sp is at a very poor level but get Toxicity Study successfully completed and SRA737 in toe a very healthy scenario - only my opinion of course, but looking back exactly where I wanted Sareum to be science wise when I invested - dyor!

For me

Sareum in control of it’s pipeline, more than doubled it’s ownership of SRA737 and has controlling interest (see BasilAlderman’s post for that potential), funding into 2026 with all to play for with 1801/1802 .. oh those doubters of SP now know what he does in his spare time, he gets a very small biotech into a good situation to meet the Company’s aim.

Enough said, dyor as we could be in a very valued situation over the next 6 to 12 months with a fair wind!!

My thoughts Laz are with so many things in play is that as Damien stated this could “turn on a dime”, putting all the rhetoric to one side so much linked to our compounds on the science front as has been shared on this bb, the financial strategies of mid/large pharmaceuticals as lauded by industry strategists (not the bb) and dare I say the current silence by the BoD.

You said you’re positive for the remainder of the year and for me that can be from today onwards.

As for FG, not sure what planet he’s on but there is a lunar eclipse on Friday, perhaps he might be realigned by then, who knows!
