Given comments post meeting regarding AGM next year, was there any discussion/reasoning regarding our new joint broker Oberon - my thought process is very intrigued how we are now set up for 2025!

Sorry not there, but, a big thanks to those who did attend and passed on their reasoned views.

I’m always baffled by those who constantly “whinge” on the bb, but, never seem to make the AGM, perhaps a dusting of Christmas Spirit rather than SDC -1801 needed in their world!!

An interesting question for the AGM, do the BoD know of Roger Meier and the fact he was acquiring such a stake ….. could he be one of the original HNWI’s who has quietly built his holding in Sareum.

@HBD I with you that there are many pi’s with strong holdings that I’ve met at AGM’s in the past e.g. Pascal, Hassan, RMM etc. who followed the data not the sp and I believe are still holders.

I also believe many pi’s bought in the WRAP and still hold, some increasing their holdings by 100% or more if you go by the bb - time will tell and whilst many criticise SP, looking at his holding it’s not excessive and remember he did invest when needed!

@ Nicely, have a look at FT. com analyst’s sp prediction and also stockexpedia - “Strong Buy” may help you in your thought process of your query!

Enough opinion from me, good luck all genuine holders, interesting AGM beckons!

My understanding, nothing to stop the BoD taking options on what they believe could be a forthcoming “closed period” subject to the date of factual news provided within the time frame of 30 or 60 days under AIM rules depending on actual information- otherwise, they would never be able to take options if “working on something”, with the toxic trial about to start in 2025 they will be privy to updates as it progresses, so take the options now on belief of hopefully good results.

Somewhat confused by the current narrative and reasoning on the bb, hopefully, over the weekend it can calm down and “we” get back to talking things Sareum as we approach a pivotal stage in the Company’s development, fingers crossed it’s a positive shift!

Lazarus, Potnak & Fearg many thanks guys, fair to say I’ve been very lucky - a prescribed medication attacked my immune system wiping out my white blood cell count and exposing me to sepsis.

Fortunately, a nagging wife dragged me to A&E late in the evening over a week ago and 6 days of antibiotic drips have hopefully restored me to some normality.

Home now for hopefully a restful recovery , some positive trajectory from Sareum going forward and trust you all keep well.

Potnak, with the greatest respect it’s probably because your daughter know’s no better - what is Britain’s future as an economy, what dream can she chase?

I’ve just returned home after a life changing 6 days in A&E (another story) where I’ve seen dedicated staff near to exhaustion due to archaic “management “ and working conditions and I was one of the lucky ones as I was in an isolation room by myself, not parked in some corridor space.

Re:AGM, unfortunately my current circumstances mean I will not be attending.

I hope to be there and would be good to meet, last year the Q & A finished very sharply at 11.00 by SP - that said there was a “chat” afterwards in the room where he did engage, TM and JR were more reserved given the tone of the meeting (the year before, MHRA debacle JR was very involved post meet, TM always appears more comfortable with the people he knows from old).

I find meeting with fellow shareholders has it’s pluses and is worthwhile, even if it doesn’t change the scenario- safe trip.

A good question and considered replies which I agree with - SP has indicated a constructive pathway for the further toxic studies, I’m sure they will want them commenced if not already asap.

I’m sure it will be a discussion point at the AGM (within any NDA limits) which given 21 days clear notice requirements could now be in January - Clinical Study Report, tox studies, SRA737…. hopefully, very exciting times and an sp improvement to reflect such!
