I’m of the opinion at this moment in time SP is the right man for the job on the basis that in my opinion he has stabilised the financials to allow JR together with TM’s support to continue the development of our pipeline hopefully to the aspirations of those invested, given comments on the bb they seem to range from £1 share price, recovery of investment to £bn.

Everyone’s having their say, bar the most important person, SP himself - he’s taken the helm post clinical trials and as a BoD they have got financials in place.

So next on the agenda, some dialogue with the shareholders/public domain I’d imagine as there are only 12 days to Bio Europe and no point attending if there isn’t a game plan, or 8 weeks to AGM and a legal requirement to publish Y/E together with annual statement - I’m in the camp that we will hear something very soon - whether it’s what You or I want to hear is then a discussion point and to decide if SP is your man !

Think below as stated in the RNS clearly states what the reason and aim of the toxicology studies are - the speculation is whether they are self-driven by Sareum or a 3rd party requirement with NDA at this stage.

For such studies we need funds, we’ve got them (agree with Laz’s take on this) so all part of a very small bio remit especially if we wish to reach £bn valuations that some suggest on this bb - so not sure why the angst today.

Thanks for posting, my thoughts entirely and was going to post, but, then to be honest I couldn’t be a****.

A lot of people get ridiculed on this bb for their efforts in bringing info they have sort, gleaned etc to help other “shareholders” that gets lost in literally unprofessional debate - I’m not going to go on as the “last word Lil’s” will continue into the night, but, could the last one out, turn the light off please.

Given JR’s statement’s I think we are fine toxic wise to where we are, accept Damion’s note about going further in toxic studies at the time, but, think we have been financially fraught to do so - my gut feeling, it’s a requirement of a potential partner, hence, the “sharp” fundraise! - as I said, just my gut feeling!

Of course I’m frustrated as well, but, tend to ask “What” rather than “Why” as you can’t change the past.

I’ve tried to source information away from the bb and whilst not gaining anything factual, I do believe SP is heading us in the right direction (at last)!

For me, the extra toxic trials are not a problem as they were one of the options in the Hybridan report if we didn’t get on license - if we get to P2 ready hopefully there is a “Partner” also “ready”.

8 weeks to AGM no real PR from BoD, so I think SP will be coming out soon (pardon the expression) with some update and hopefully of significance.

Think the BoD we’re shell shocked last AGM and SP played a clever curve ball in calling time on the meeting “we only have the room booked to 11” - yet we stood around chatting for another 45 mins- hmmm!!

Still all to play for imvho!!

My hunch is that the License is between CRUK/CRT and “Private Pharma”, so whilst Sareum are aware of who it is, they are only updated by CRUK/CRT as probably not included by name in the License - our agreement is with CRUK/CRT - as said, just my take on it!

For interest, someone I know approached CRUK on the matter and was met with the same “straight bat” on confidentiality, at least, it confirms SRA 737 is out there!

So an interesting few months ahead - end of year and update, progression of toxic studies, Bio-Europe ( which I’m expecting Sareum attendance), approx. 8 weeks to AGM, news on SRA 737, some funds in place - hopefully, at last going in the right direction and a steady recovery of the sp in the meantime!
