Revisit JR’s comments at the AGM the ace card will be IF the “Data Package” shows potential in more than one indication - if it does I’m sure major pharma will chatting with SP & Co. pretty quickly!!

Sareum taking forward to P2 themselves could present some nuances as almost certainly that’s when a new CEO will be needed to drive Company forward, how will TM & JR feel working under someone else’s vision, SP’s role would revert back to what it was surely and another 2 years risk of all their share value, which has already lost considerable value at present.

Ultimately, if an offer is made it will come to shareholders to decide whether acceptable and again there are approximately 35% Company shares which kicked off at 10p starting cost so all different strategies will come into play - make you own plan and hope for a great “Data Package” from Messrs. Sareum!!

I would hazard a guess and say the next RNS will be a trading statement, giving SP the opportunity to put his stamp on Sareum’s way forward - JR /TM won’t release anything until the “Data Package” is exactly how they want it.

@Potnak get your point if not you “maths” - 20 m additional shares at 24p certainly won’t get £10m!!

With yesterday’s RNS, I think “big” Pharma will be showing much more interest- just my opinion!

@ All - there's always a lot of conjecture on a bb and none more so than here, but, things could be shaping up in the near future.

TM stepping down is no real biggie for me, as "succession" was spoke within the '22 AGM and post '23 AGM - I think given the MHRA reluctance to pursue Clinical trials, he probably postponed the move - And remember MHRA was a typical UK Gov. Dept bureaucratic fiasco, otherwise, how did Oz accept trials so quickly - so well done BoD for moving!

JR has explained that once Clinical trials of 1801 completed, there will be the Bio Marker correlation of blinded data in not only Psoriasis but other indications as well, again confirmed by TM in the RNS that a suitable data package formulated for next phase of development- I'm no scientist but I imagine very time consuming and that both JR and TM are on this now.

No doubt SP is talking with interested parties, all of whom will be interested in the various indications being analysed and good to see Sareum at the Stockholm Bio Europe in November "30 years of facilitating partnerships" - lets hope there's at least one in there for us - ultimately, it all rests on a great data package.

As for SRA 737, it's perfectly clear as stated in the RNS any update will be via CRUK/CRT, it's their negotiated Contract, not Sareum's.

Yes, I'm frustrated with the sp and have been so with communications, but, for once I'm prepared to hang on and let the BoD do it in their time and hopefully, get it bang on right!

Lsesar I’m far from clapping everywhere and I think my post history shows where my discontentment lies - hence why I attend AGM’s and engage.

What I don’t do is make hypothetical statements with an “edgy” slant - and certainly don’t claim any action of mine leads to an RNS.

What I do do though is try and understand why we are where we are, the reasons and then make a decision - I’ve done that and remain here with my holding and grateful to the factual informative posters on this bb and those who don’t participate but I’ve met at the AGM - you should try it!!

Thanks for sharing, your last paragraph the most poignant - we “dreamers” dared to invest in Sareum on the basis of it’s potential coming good and you’re showing the comparisons in the sector, not ramping just an informative read for those with a genuine interest in Sareum!

Totally agree fearg, some great posts relevant to Sareum - think we all know there’s a funding issue to be resolved either by on-license or raise, it said it on the “tin”, so don’t get the constant negative referral at this moment in time as we need the biomatker data matching the clinical data to move forward.

I suspect JR will be looking at all “potential” avenues from a science angle, then SP needs to chase down the funding, I’m sure if good data, we will have suitable interested pharma.

Yes, communications/marketing could be better, hopefully, with the “new look” BoD, SP will drive this over the next few months and Sareum’s sp starts its climb.

I don’t appear much these days so just my thoughts, but, once again thanks to all the information posted by genuine holders, you know who you are, much appreciated.

Without parroting on, just Google "can MM's manipulate share prices" - Investopedia's a good read, didn't say much about an orderly market, more on how mm's can make more profit from a trade for themselves - and of course the RF deal had nothing to do with shorters, the mm's just keeping an orderly market - a wry smile at best!!

Just back from some time in Cornwall and catching up and a possibility that one Baliff - if there isn't, tin hat at the ready!!

Regarding, the reshuffle obvious intrigue, but, the one thing to remember is Tim is still an Executive Director of the Company so not so sure he has been "forced out" as some have mentioned and for him to be outvoted would mean John going against him along with the non-executives - I think highly unlikely and just part of the "succession plan" previously mentioned, also I think if SP was not to be trusted the BoD would have edged him sideways or even dismissed him, but, that's only my thoughts.

Given the declaration within the RNS, that "the BoD intends to seek to appoint a new CEO, at the appropriate time ........."

suggests there is active development and information will be released when allowed, again, just my thoughts!

The cloud of funding as Lazarus2 mentions is a pain, but, could all be resolved by the consequences of above.

Quarter of the way through Q3 and all to play for in a postive fashion!!

Looks like in true wave fashion you're being dumped on at the moment, lets face it, you're getting a little confused - you recently posted buying in May 22, but, your history states buying £10k on 11/08/21 following HNWI investment and some research. No doubt a little bitter and twisted at the moment, which I do get!

As can be seen the bb has a current adjudicated pragmatic trend of facts and opinions, so I offer an observation - should you not change you moniker to Skier61 as everything does appear downhill with you - just saying!!

Appreciate your response, I have a simplistic approach to my investment, that is, potentially Sareum has a £1 billion value of it's molecules in today's market place if successful in clinical trials (fingers crossed) measured against other made deals - not a fact, just an opinion of mine!

On that basis I believe at the beginning of the year with circa 70m plus shares, each share had a "potential" worth of £13/14..

Someone will correct me but we now hover around 130m shares, same market value, so "potential" of say £7/8 per share.

To go forward, irrespective of your strategy, dilution of shares will be needed to reach that market place valuation of today - so perhaps a compromise of the value and a takeover by someone who has the funds to take on the risk on the hopefully successful data, so a reasonable "offer" does appeal to me,

I'm not surprised at Tim moving aside as "succession" has been a discussion point at the last two AGM's, 2 years ago within the AGM and last year post AGM chat when SP faced shareholders as previously posted by Billy-Bunter - apologies Bill, not sure if we met as I don't recall meeting you, but, your posting of the post meet was spot on.

Regarding data we are in week 3 of Q3 so nearly a quarter of the way through so time is passing and shouldn't be long for the all important update, which may also include discussions with "others" before releasing.

My want would be a TO at a reasonable price to all, after all that is the business model and whilst we talk of values in 2 years time, constant dilution will take it's toll - £10 at the beginning of the year is now the new £6 and so on as the "market value" is what it is - and you need to remember there is nearly a third of shares bought at £0.10 which gives a different strategy to a third of shareholders even if you're a LTH that bought in. (I did for the record)

Finally, I put to the "new" BoD a point made separately by a fellow poster of this bb to those of us that met at The Red Lion recently - it would be good for the Chairman to release a Statement confirming the reasoning of the recent Management Restructure - including reiterating the 10 Principles of Sareum's stated Corporate Governance, updating website pipeline and progress - to use a response of Tim to me regarding SAR737 Data update at the last AGM - "we didn't there was a need to saying anything" - I think you do!
