Deliberately went out to the hills today as expected the usual “twaddle” on the bb by some!

I’ve revisited and I’m satisfied with the RNS today and that SP has led Sareum through a very sticky patch following MHRA, near bankruptcy, RF debacle, settling and raising funds to pave the way forward.

I’m sure talks are going on and indications being sort - Sareum is back to a level playing field, still with some hurdles, but, can totally focus on its business model!!

Reading the RNS, there’s a lot of information in there that people have been requesting and all seems good to me.

No need to second guess, they want to get to P2 readiness.

Yes, I am on a small Whats App group outside this bb ( due to privacy, I will leave others to say who they are, if they wish) simply created after a meet that was open to all on this bb - I will let others to decide whether they feel that I am one you mention that have an attitude that makes me feel superior to others, my only intention is to bring what I can to the bb by attending AGM's, speak with other shareholders who attend such and share in honest terms for the success of the Company - I also state my grievances at the AGM, so no cheerleader here and as for Telegram group, haven't a clue what it is, let alone be "on it".

Thank you for commenting on my “feelings”, quite an achievement given you don’t know me - again by way of correction, I think you’re referring to my “wishes”.

As for deals, they come in all variations and if you look at the RNS schedule a source of factual information, you will see at least two achieved by the BoD recently - the RF deal (worts and all) and the WRAP - now before, you go a on “I know best” stuttering, no one knows why the first deal was taken, I have my views but no facts to confirm so will not air on this bb - do you have any facts on such, we could then perhaps discuss?

Let’s hope the next “deal” the BoD sign is good for all involved.

Not sure drug development as a description fits on the same page as a Bean Counter’s financial statement “deadline” - one is an unknown until completion is known, the other a known which is needs to be completed in a certain time!

Hi Krone, Scotland is excellent and I really hope so, but, as previously stated happy to wait if time is what’s needed - Leggster made a very good comment on timelines regarding deals and we should remember we only got clinical data on July 1st - unblinded data “expected” is on our data not that of potential partnering by 3rd parties who will have their own proposed indications (SOG a great help on this) so all very time consuming as those with experience in contract deals will recognise.

Until the ink hopefully dries on the final page, I’m all for the BoD seeking all alternatives routes/events or even use as a platform.

That said, really would be nice to open the bottle this week as a long drive home on Saturday!!

For me, the silence suggests the BoD are currently in lockdown which we as shareholders hope are positive talks and they consider the release of an update to be well within the statutory timeframe, and they will update with above once they have a conclusive outcome in whichever scenario.

I concur with Damion’s post earlier that all scenarios have probably been discussed on this bb and it’s a case of waiting as and when the BoD feel they have the information that is available for release and hopefully good for all concerned.

Good evening to you too HBD, had 4 days of glorious weather so can't complain, even managed to climb up Old Man of Storr for the sunrise and now sipping a Skye Gold musing over today's postings - see me old mucker is having his customary cautionary flush and copying bb posters terms, "meat on the bones" springs to mind, but, I suppose post enough views you can always say "I told you", which reminds me, did you ever get your coconut back that you once suggested be placed somehere?

All in jest, everybody has a right to post, seriously I'm happy to wait now for Sareum to advise as and when they are ready and not second guess now, no panic over year end results as they are what they are and shouldn't be an interference on any negotiations if that is the current position.

Hi HBD concur with your thoughts and also I should imagine there is a commission fee in SP’s contract to be had dependent on whether license and/or takeover and calculated accordingly!

Potnak, likewise, it’s just I prefer opinions that emanate from the science and information of the company or within the bio sector, rather than speculative individualism that contains unsubstantiated information.

The irony here is that some feel they must give an opinion, speculate and say something without actually knowing any facts and this is all because SP hasn’t said anything to date in his new role - I’m happy to wait for his statement as it will be fact, hopefully, with good content!
