Good post Damion, always best to read a statement in full rather than “cherry pick” - oh and that’s both good and bad before I set anyone off.

Appreciate the jesting CB, and as two scientists I don’t expect TM and JR to be deal making, more keeping in touch with fellow peers in their field at this particular trade conference.

Maybe, Bio Europe in Stockholm in November, yes with SP in toe as well!

I trust SP is working the commercial aspect and given that data and it’s indications of the fields it could participate in is still yet to be confirmed (publicly), not sure that exclusivity comes into play as may be varying options - more likely talking to more than one party in the process of getting the best return/deal.

In reality, I think we all know what Sareum are hoping to achieve and the process, just some like to play to the bb with some “grenades”

Happy to wait for the news (fingers crossed good) and now packing to go off to Scotland for a couple of weeks.

For me, I’m hoping for either a TO or License deal if data confirmed as indicated at a sensible value for all - more importantly, I hope the

BoD make a sound commercial decision in-line with the Company’s Governance with regard to Ordinary Shareholders!

I’ve quietly been following this conference to see if we were attending - good to see both TM & JR attending- thanks for sharing as being retired I’m not on LinkedIn anymore!

HBD & Damion you’ve both raised interesting discussion points which resonate with some of my thinking especially where would P2a be carried out if Sareum took ownership, also recent changes in R&D tax credits with overseas restrictions, could we progress to P2a trial ready and then “partner” a better deal - all questions I believe can only be answered by the BoD.

SP has yet to deliver a statement since becoming Executive Chairman, I believe that is due to the options that confirmed good data would give Sareum and the various strategies that offers weighed up against the funding provided/available.

All my own opinion and happy for discussion with likeminded shareholders - I’m not interested in predicting any values as they will be what they are and if involving 3rd party we will be informed.

Hopefully, SP delivers a positive update and all to play for over the next couple of months.

Perhaps the data is with the parties that will “resolve” the funding issues and subject to NDA, many permutations available if data is hopefully good, as shareholders we can only wait and see at this stage - probably no different to when we invested, the difference being the “development” has progressed and the BoD have stated they intend to continue that progress - I’ill wait for their update!

BC - think you will find TM is still listed as Founder along with JR on the Sareum website so I see both of them being jointly available to any announcements if and when they are needed.

Without wishing to go over old ground, TM is still very active in Sareum and BoD member - I’m sure he will be meticulously overseeing the data package/tick list in his transitional role, whilst JR manages said data which hopefully leads to Sareum’s success - at 65, he maybe can then happily retire !!

Sixthavenue, as per Lazurus2 thanks for highlighting to the bb - for those interested also worth reading latest research on the website, may help to understand the complex nature of where Sareum are with the potential of both 1801 and 1802 !!

Certainly, not a case of we’ve completed P1a, come and give us your money, that said, we obviously need some form of “capital” to move forwards in whatever direction.

For me, it’s never been so important that the BoD presentation of the Data Package is First Class to all interested parties, of which, I’m convinced there are. Therefore, I will wait hopefully for an announcement in Q3, if it takes longer so be it, difficult to effect an announcement if not ready to do so!

Anyway, all opinions, so DYOR and make your own decisions!

At the moment until the Data Package is announced they are only potential values, as JR alluded to (albeit, unlikely), 1801 if exceptional could continue to chase Psorasis , it could go to other indications which I believe 3rd parties will dictate in hopefully current discussion with Sareum - there is where the potential market value lies 3rd Party A wanting it as MUCH OR MORE as 3rd Party B or maybe even C.

Also, remember Sareum's business model is to out source - personally, I think to keep pace with the industry they would need to be in house with a 3rd Party and probably JR in toe whether JV, License and or T/O.

It would also be nice if CRT/SRA 737 rears it's head in a positive way very soon!

Morning Brighty, obviously, an active market and note the AZ purchase cost of a clinical stage company Amolyt £1.05 billion!

Some have referred we’re in the first two laps of a 10km race - I think it’s more like the last two and hopefully we are in the mix as I’m not sure Sareum are up for a marathon - medal presentation at Bio - Europe Stockholm would be nice!

Yes an encouraging statement, but, as you state a good indication but nothing guaranteed - if biomarker data matches, the next move by Sareum commercially needs to be “at its very best” so JR’s statement “motivated in progressing SDC-1801” comes to fruition and we don’t beg, steal and borrow to get there.

I’m sure (my own opinion) that we are talking with someone, otherwise, we would be at lost as to what other indications the interest lies, attendance at Bio - Europe with all and sundry- just my morning musings in a very wet Cornwall!
