Hi Modell, an interesting point of view which seems to have attracted one rather rapid and abrupt response - did you to strike a nerve I wonder, after all, it is an actual fact on the 30th May 2024 PH were no longer Sareum's joint broker with no explanation/reason given - surely, one is allowed to put forward their thoughts on a public bb.

Yes a disappointing and frustrating day after yesterday, however, we have good science which at this stage was the important issue - bit like England at the Euros, we move on!

As you are aware, a few of us are meeting on Thursday and whilst the location will always be an issue to many it would be good to see and meet as many genuine shareholders as possible - face to face discussions with warts and all amongst likeminded is always more rewarding - last year's pre and post AGM discussions by way of example.

Reality, I'm too long in the tooth to get into unnecessary spats on a bb - all I would say is that if you look at the RNS's the back up comments from either TM and/or JR at AGM's, Investor Meets etc the data was always an ongoing review as I said earlier JR stated the current available data is successful and for all we know could well be in the hands of a potential development partner, the blinded data could be linked into their scenario - lets see what the BoD say next.

From yesterday's RNS and as clearly noted a Clinical Trial is an ongoing progress and this stage has been successful - John Reader against an anonymous bb poster, I know who I would listen to!!

Dr John Reader, Chief Scientific Officer of Sareum, added: "The success of this stage of the clinical trial demonstrates that high blood levels of a dual TYK2/JAK1 kinase inhibitor can be achieved without serious side effects. Together with the long half-life observed, we believe this potentially gives SDC-1801 significant advantages over its competitors. We're grateful to the volunteers who participated in this trial, and to the clinical staff who enabled its timely completion."

Ultimately, given the Sareum business model they will have a reduction in their commercial interest in any of their molecules whether it be on-license or buyout, all depends on what someone is prepared to offer - we as shareholders will hopefully achieve an acceptable return if things progress to such fruition.

In old money, I was looking at 12p to 16p (£6 to £8) as my target sell out after top slicing and recovering my initial outlay in 2021 - now given the RF induced dilution, I think £4.50 to £6 to be a more realistic target for me personally, which I will be more than happy with - that said be nice if sp could get back over £1 sooner rather than later!

A tweet from a Company that is a cut and paste (some people get criticised for that I seem to recall) of yesterday's RNS and suddenly "funding" is a major issue as if we never knew!

@ Potnak for the record the report specifies both non-dilutive and dilutive funding contingency for P2a study - "securing external capital (either through a development partner or an equity raise)" - surely, given your pragmatic approach to all things Sareum you had that understanding, in fact, given your numerous scenarios of Sareum, you probably even posted that somewhere along the way.

As for actual funding, for me there are many options (not all viable, even acceptable after the RF debacle) could even be NASDAQ listing, let's see what the BoD come up with, after all, a "development partner" could be finalising the potential of the data as we press the keyboard all wanting to say "I was right" - narcissism at it's best.

The RNS confirmed the "meat on the bone" was good, and the biggest stepping stone in Sareum's pursuit as a drug development Company, let's reflect on that and await to see who wants to come and be part of it.

You raise a very valid point as I seem to recall Tim stating that whilst the data has to processed for the trial also consideration for any interested parties would also have to be analysed - I think it may have been the Investor Meet/AGM answers that Tim said such, think my mind was more concentrated on the RF debacle at the time.

My point being, whilst timelines may have indicated H2, given the wall of silence perhaps better things may be in play - who knows, might be wishful thinking, but I think a valid option with the usual caveat DYOR.

Looks like Summer has been postponed this year, so following on from Krone's initiative we have decided to have a catch up at the Red Lion, Hinxton at 11.30 on THURSDAY 4th July.

Appreciate travel/venue not ideal for many, but, all are welcome, no agendas just a chinwag with fellow shareholders - Food and drink very good, many thanks to @ Billy Bunter for recommendation.

In the meantime, hopefully, a positive update from the BoD.

I think the recent turning of the back on RF and PH together with the wall of silence suggests that Sareum are actively engaged with "interested parties" - I also reflect on a departing comment made to me by a respected bb poster as we left the post Agm coffee - "6 months", that's next Friday - interesting times!!

Lets hope so, I will never understand the route taken by the BoD and it's reasoning - perhaps, one day they may explain!

As I've previously mentioned, a "Wall of Silence" from the BoD and not explanatory comments added to the recent RNS's issued and again Laura Williamson not noted - all very intriguing!

That all said, let's hope the next RNS is a very positive update on data and a pathway forward - in the meantime, I have no care what RiverFort do with their shares as they are no longer an influence over us shareholders.

Aber, I completely sympathise with your comments and the next RNS hopefully will be strong and clear in detail together with positivity to get the sp rising to what we believe it is worth - the so called "Shareholder Value".

I do believe that there is an avenue of communication with the BoD, however, we do have to accept we will never get all the info we would like and in TM we have someone paranoid in the fact the opposition will gain an advantage on any snippet of info.

That said, I do believe they owe us an explanation of the RF fiasco and giving benefit of the doubt, that may come when the last of RF share is sold.

As you are aware, I met with AMKD & Co. to look at avenues of communication, but, we felt the response from the bb was indifferent and therefore felt we would await the BoD's update - hopefully, it will be significant and what we want to hear.

Hopefully, with the RNS for the placement passing 28 days and we enter the last 9 weeks of H2 the "Wall of Silence" will be replaced with both significant and positive news from the BoD.

Interesting to note PH were not involved in the last placement and the fact Laura Williamson was not named on the last RNS, all part of the intrigue!!
