I think the full data package for the initial trials and journal review carries more relevance than is being given by some on here, there may be other interested parties waiting for such information before entering dialogue, to suggest not, would imply the door is closed - highly unlikely if no deal is yet signed.

Who knows, our own broker Oberon may be waiting for such to progress their role!

Also, to say the ones we are “talking” to have the “Full Monty” is incorrect, JR alluded to as much when he gave his explanation for the delay by stating everything had to be spot on including latest wording of patents.

Data reports/packages have a purpose in any business model, and Sareum would need a signed off Data Package for the current Toxicity Studies to be successfully completed - as Laz states Due Diligence is key - me, I’m just saying my opinion!

I think they are likely to wait until their boffins give the thumbs up. Due diligence is important for the purchaser/licensee and, in particular, their own shareholders. Reputation is everything.

Just to add to SOG's post, to paraphrase SP at the recent presentation, no-one ever sued a pharma over a drug's inefficacy however they are sued over safety.

Presumably the lab carrying out the tox study will provide interim reports to the BoD throughout the trial. It would be interesting to know if the BoD are sharing early results with third parties. If so, are we approaching a 'who blinks first' scenario or would a pharma be more cautious and wait a few more months for the completed report?

They have their own people with great minds pouring over the data to spot a cracker out there, or a turkey. Bring it home sareum. You can do it.

We have been told we are.im discussions with Interested parties for many moons.

These are the people that will have an interest.

The newspapers reporting would only generate interest from potential investors that most likely do not even know Sareum exist.

Entries in journals again willake no difference to the people we arein discussions with.

Pharmas look.to fill gaps in their pipeline and or seek drugs that have a commercialisation value

A heavy penalty with risk

Once the risk is removed the value of any drug increases dramatically.

Risks with safety profile are the most damaging.

Hence why we are running long term toxicity testing.

It cannot be hurried.

It does not matter a monkeys chuff what gets put in a journal prior to the completion and analysis of toxicology data.

Trial is 16 weeks it has started and is progressing
