They key here is no dilution and funding on good terms. So many small caps raise on terrible terms and dilute shareholders over and over again.
Happy to continue to build a position here with the faith it won't get diluted.
A lot of good news in the pipeline, considerable growth, good management team, MOU with major player (SSE) and cash in the bank, interesting few weeks ahead.
Seems like the churn is nearly finished, the last few sessions have started red and gone blue.
Nice safe play, fully cashed up, good assets, JV agreed, drilling starting, stop chasing rainbows and take the easy wins.
I think people are a little bit shocked as there is a costs associated with the 'no win, no fee'.
Ultimately, it is on Mr Cotter to advise via Zoom what the steps are, why there is a fee and will the costs be capped, timelines, targets etc. I am assuming a lot of the due diligence has already been undertaken.
The estimated losses will be far in excess of £11m - That's based on a average of £25k a person, in reality it will be much higher.
I would advise ALL COPL investors to attend the zoom meeting before deciding to NOT pay the £100-300 fee. It's only a small percentage of your losses and doing nothing will certainly result in your losses being crystalised.
I think that's the key here, they have cash. I try to stay away from any company that doesn't have sufficient cash as the placings at the minute are truly destructive.
Easy hold for me along with a few other shares which are fully cashed up plays at the minute.
IF this can break 10p then there is a gap which needs to be filled at 36p!!
Hi Stats20,
It's good to see you reaching out and trying to get engagement for the assets. Can I ask how many responses you received from the 145 emails you sent?
It has been a complete sh*t show from the company management and Bond Holders. Hoping shareholders get some kind of return.
I hope I saved some people throwing money away at higher prices.
The placing was always going to come SAR needed cash quickly, 10p placing was higher than I thought but they obviously will need more cash at the end of the year.
Time to stop listening to the bulls and more bears.
My crew?
I’ve not spoken sh*t I’ve just said SAR have no money, which is true.
£1 a share? the SP is 14p......talk like this is what makes people lose money.
SAR have no money, just talk facts and not fiction.
Of course, you are correct, they can raise via share dilution which is going to be at what price?
Plenty of good shares on AIM, just need to avoid the bad ones!
This might not be a bad share but it has bad financing, most shares with a CLN end up with the SP on the floor or in Administration.
Why take the CLN? They have no other options, it gets worse for SAR as a CLN doesn't even want to provide more finance to them!!
If you are in a share that has a CLN, then move on to the next share!!
Just stating facts!
Are RF selling - Yes
Do they have more to sell - Yes
Do SAR need finance - Yes
Is it easy to raise finance in this market - No
Anyone saying otherwise is only trying to pump and dump for their own benefit.
I agree, RF are clearly offloading which is obviously dragging the SP down, from what you guys are saying there is still more to offload so expect the SP to drop more. However, the next news will be the financing, which could be anywhere between 2-6p. Then maybe there will be a bounce.
1.85p is a gift! Need a few big volume days and it will be back over 3p again. The raise has completely de-risked ARCM.
You are providing liquidity for the sellers....stop buying and if you still believe in the company, buy after the financing has been agreed.
Buying/selling at the bottom/top is impossible, however if there is a material event which is going to happen it would be silly to buy before it.
I doubt anyone has been adding, anyone buying before financing news is throwing their money away. IF they can get financing it will be in the low single figures.
Not even RiverFort are prepared to lend them funds, which tells you how desperate the situation has become.
Why? The company has no money, wait until they announce a placing or how they plan to raise funding.
The SP has been dropping from months, it will continue to drop until the financing terms have been agreed.
