The grip, billion dollar deals regularly being struck for phase 1/2 compounds, some preclinical deals at a billion too. No reason why 1801 and 1802 wouldn't be worth that each post good tox results. The tox study has probably been asked for by a major pharma in discussions already. Why else would the BOD be on this odd road to Phase 2?

Great question. Usually many good reasons to have a sole broker. Most namely cost effective financial management, cost saving and efficiency. But it can also be an agreement between two parties to use one sole point of financial transaction.

This will always have been what's keeping the brakes on the SP. Once all the warrants are exercised, it will fly. A good barometer to gauge against. If it's stagnating and not moving much day by day, you can bet your bottom dollar there are still warrants flying around. As soon as we get solid weekly movement, it won't hold back. I think all included (1802 as well as you suggest Gus) would £14 be out of the question? Seem sensible to value the company at circa £1.7bn for all three compounds and a T/O?

Spud, I've tracked around £250K worth of buying. A decent chunk. Really hoping it's someone who knows some good news. We can just guess at the moment, but the slight rise is welcomed nonetheless

Apologies if my posts have a positive or negative feel to them, it's not my intention. Just frustrated, as I feel we all are, that the recent financing debacle is over, we have a clear timeline now and potentially class leading science, yet we aren't recovering back to previous prices. Trying to scratch the surface of why the SP isn't moving.

Apologies Laz, yes my take on where it all sits. I can't see an appetite for the SP to move up at the moment, unless these roadshow presentation to attract interest, cease. They reek neediness rather than confidence.

On a positive note thought, perhaps it may help drum up support to kick start the P2 1801 and perhaps even the P1 of 1802?

Would go some way to explain the lackluster SP investment, looks like on two levels:

1) Sareum still seeking investment/partnership/TO - nothing to like about still needing to find investment

2) Sareum seeking alternatives to generate competitive bids - they perhaps have a low ball on the table but need other bids to find a fair price. Nothing to like here either.

Hopefully this stalemate has a change for the positive with the upcoming P2 trials and 1802 prep work.

Something is definitely going on. The derampers are out in force on other platforms, with wild claims and nothing to substantiate their statements. MMs are definitely suppressing this.

I'm not sure Parker is temporarily the CEO. I think he's just moved from a non exec position to an exec position on the board.

The shuffle may come with share re allocation this week. Tim is now PT and Parker is exec, likely to follow up with exchange of investment/ responsibilities, therefore perhaps a share change for one or both. If that doesn't happen then something could be simmering in the background

Good observation, the MM calls are to stop the ask from rising, wide spread should solve that little issue. Unless a deal is already done...? Off to do some digging

I hope so too, just hope the valuation of the TO is worth our long term holding. Lots of people lost a fair amount from the £4.50 highs. Next RNS will either be replacement CEO named or a deal/TO bid as you suggest Laz. GLA!

This reeks of a takeover, CEO stepping aside when no replacement is named. Suggests to me they can't name that replacement yet because they are part of a large pharma and will let the cat out of the bag.

In your "couple" of options you missed option 5

5) The Trial was a success, with all metrics of expectation being achieved or performing beyond. Talks are with 4 major Pharmas and are just deciding which multi-billion offer to accept to sell the company or to licence the compound to achieve it's full potential.
