I don't think Thoth's 28p (£14) is out of realms of possibility. Sure, that's a 4 to 5 fold increase... stranger things have happened

Could a potential issue of new shares (dilution) be spooking investors? Seems logical: first consolidate to bump up price per unit, then issue new shares to generate much needed revenue for next stages? Similarly, the MMs playing the price down to maximise potential gains on news. Benefits all but LTHs.

A director buy or sell would let the cat out of the bag. Plus maybe there's a strategy to play out. SAR is all about generating investor value, what better way than to let the price tumble then then trigger the investors to join at the low, they get the biggest gains. 2.8p to 28p pre consolidation sounds tasty to me
