Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping

SulNOx Group (AQUIS:SNOX), a UK fuel additive technology company who develop eco-friendly fuel-additives, recently published their FY24 & 1Q25 trading update demonstrating significant progress across their commercial marine trials.

Ben Richardson, CEO of Aquis listed SulNOx, describes the company as an energy transition solution company, currently focused on decarbonising commercial marine shipping while delivering cost savings for fleet operators.

In this interview with focusIR, investors will also learn:

• How SulNOx is targeting both B2B and B2C customers

• How the focus on the shipping sector is gaining traction

• How SulNOx generated its highest revenue growth to date

• Why Ghana’s rapid uptake is a springboard for the rest of West Africa

• Why Marine and Mining are key growth sectors for SNOX

“Today, much of our revenue comes from the shipping marine space. There's a regulation called the CII, carbon intensity indicator, which forces shipping into more fuel-efficient ways and to reduce fuel consumption. SulNOx has no CAPEX and can have a meaningful five to 10% reduction in fuel consumption, which for a shipping company can be many, many millions of dollars per annum in fuel saved, whilst reducing CO2 and nitrous oxides and critically the black carbon that comes out of ship's funnels,” said Ben Richardson, CEO, SulNOx Group.

Reasons to add SulNOx to your Watchlist:

• SulNOx is a B2B and B2C green energy transition company

• Bio-degradable fuel additive products reduce fossil fuel consumption and cut emissions

• Targeting customers across maritime, mining and construction sectors

• Strongest revenue growth (3x) for FY24 recorded to date

• Strong 1Q25 revenue performance with deep maritime new business pipeline

• Strong Balance sheet with cash of £2.15m as of 31Mar2024

• Supportive shareholder base

Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx Group, was interviewed by Donald Leggatt, Director of IR Media at focusIR.
