Yes and that junior should be us really is the gist of it. We can agree to disagree . More concerned on keeping pgm silver and progressing the dso.
Smiler why do you keep carrying on this fallacy that majors carry out initial exploration. By and large they don't, they invest once a junior explorer has found something of interest.
Well we don't know the volume /scale of the Lithium and it's a hot topic at the moment so not sure how you can say larger majors wouldn't be interested
Think smiller, no big mining co is going to fiddle around with a small patch like that - they want scale.
That’s why I’ve been harping on forever and a day about timing entry after funding. Else you end up buying in ‘no man’s land’.
There’s only 1 JV on AIM. Period. Listen up on Thursday. 😉
Not just once Wents. Happened before the KNAK news too. Same story. CLN - pump - NEWS - slump
Market manipulation can be difficult not only for authorities but also for the manipulator. These difficulties are exacerbated by the increase in the size of the market and the number of participants in it. Therefore, it is easier for one to manipulate the prices of the stock of a small company, like a penny stock.Mmmmmm
All these wonderful pieces of news lately. Yet every time the share slumps.
Yet it pumps after RS CLNs right up to the news.
Suspicious to say the least!
Errawarra share price is on its ass and needs a jam tomorrow story to pump. That’s all folks!
😂😂😂😂 of course thats all it will be.
Stick to trading annoyingdevil
It will be rock chip and soil sampling. Nowt else.
Bfd how can you say that , its clear from re-testing cores or quickly being on the ground we have potential Li , if we pulling in 30 plus million a year from DSO I am sure we can afford to drill more this this current deal. ill wait a year to keep 50% personally , i dont hate the deal i just dont love it
Either way i will be covering Errawarra and updating what i find
What makes you think a larger partner would ever have come along?
By and large majors are risk averse and wait for a small explorer to prove up resource potential before they commit any funds at all. We'd never have got a big partner to do this work on our behalf and we'd never have got round to it ourselves any time in the next five years
2020 you cant write this 💩. Unbelievable reaction and this will be 5-10 x where it us by the back end of this yeat
Bfd, you're forgetting that's he Li locked up now for years in this JV. I am concerned they will have the funds to drill and explore, and it could sit there doing 0. You will counter this by saying we're doing nothing with it, anyway. That's true today, but maybe in 12 months after DSO, we could have drilled it ourselves or a larger partner would have come along. I just think we need to be dealing with more serious, larger partners. The assets we have are great it's the management and deals I am worried about.
I love coming on here to read the stuff that's get put out, why is everyone moaning, i am deeply under but happy that we have a JV where someone else is paying for exploration, chances are we have shed loads of lithium as well as everything else but until it gets out the ground games will be being played.
Lets get this right a mining License and a JV in the last 2 weeks i am ready for the next
No it isn't.
If they win, we win
If they lose, we lose nothing.
As a small business they are incentivised to work this in a way we would never be able to do.
If your issue isn't that they are a minnow, as you stated before, what is it?
Bfd your argument is an investment case for them not us
My point is we given too much away to a minnow. We should always be trying to do deals where we are the minnow and am ok with giving away 50% of Li rights but I expect that to be with a major willing to spend 10million plus on drilling
Smiler my point is GGP were a minnow at the time, just the same as the guys we have partnered with. They paid peanuts and look at the results, a beast for both parties.
Your point, i thought, was you were disappointed at the size of the partner. My point is its not necessarily a bad thing. Oaks from acorns and all that
Today was a good example of why some people here need to grow a pair!
Bfd but in your example we aren't ggp . Look at how the sp has reacted today from us and them
Smiler, it's how things work.
This is how GGP started back in 2016. Not saying the same will happen here but as I posted before explorers are small until they hit it big.
Greatland agrees to acquire 100% of the Havieron Project in Western Australia for an
initial payment of A$25,000 in cash and the issuance of 65,490,000 ordinary shares
of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (approximate value
A$225,000), and a second payment, triggered upon a decision to mine, of
145,530,000 Ordinary Shares (approximate value A$500,000);
• Havieron Project covers 135 square kilometres in the Paterson Region of north
Napth I think the reality many so under water (not saying it's not our own fault) that no point to sell. We still have a right to be critical of the board and deals being made . I personally think the company the jv is with seems suspect and too small. I am glad it's only for lithium but if there ends up being a tonne of lithium and you gave away for peanuts questions have to be asked. Time will tell
