Aim is a very high risk/reward market, with information coming from individuals and the actual company itself, not being strictly true, its a minefield, you must when you invest on Aim,be prepared to lose the lot.

Well from past experience and watching the markets with their knowledge of this share, you would say a placing is iminent.

Just think over the last couple of weeks the paid rampers have been doing their job and as usual the management of ufo have been doing theirs,yes very little as usual.

So much hype and spin around this share, its manufactured for a placing, listening to the markets, I would guess a placing around 1.100

Before you start spending the money from a hypothetical sale,you need to realise that Han has been on the market quite a while,no wants to buy it you have to ask yourself WHY 🤔🤔

principal project: the han**** iron ore project in western australia is the company's flagship asset, aiming for production, with additional interests in the brockman and vivash projects.

so all these years of touting our pride and joy and the first thing we see on our website, proudly announcing our flagship project and then along comes another aging ceo , who is living off his past reputation and wants a free ride before he exits the door with his un earned salary, basically telling us , its a no go, so we will give it away like the rest of our projects, you could not make this up, you just gotta laugh.

No one knows, not even the company what is happing with Han, Bruce,s last statement, will review in a year, what does that actually mean, answer he has not got a clue.

2 Jv,s given away on the cheap to companies that are not Mega rich companies, so these will be looking elsewhere for backing when DTM is reached, still believe that Alien will take a royalty and not a 30% share when time comes, this decision has not been laid and communicated.

Nothing at all has been laid and communicated, how long has this statement been going about.

( Aliens principal focus is the advancement and development of its 90% HAN Project blah blah blah which is targeted to deliver a mining operation of 2 Mtpa for 10 years) this is not a complicated project, it is made complicated by indecisive ,lazy and hype talking individuals like Bruce and the monkeys he had prior to him.

The definition of laid and communicated to me means, they have a plan, they have a timescale and they have the money and they put that out to the shareholders, that is definitely not what Alien does and never has done.

3 projects ongoing

1. Han no one has a clue, nothing is laid and only hype and possibilities are communicated

2. Munni Munni -Green tech ,Alien have not confirmed when DTM is reached they will keep and fund their 30% share, so nothing is laid and nothing is communicated

So back to your statement, If investors don't like the road map or don't believe it then they know where the door is.

There is no road map, a map has a beginning and a end and a time line to get from A to B this company makes it up as it goes along.

Long term investors are under no illusion after 5 years that this company is extremely high risk and could fold, but like a lottery ticket we hold on in the hope that one day, one of the 3 possibilities actually makes it and we all know where the door is, we have for years and we need no one to tell us this.

This is my view of where this company is heading.

West coast and Gre we have given 70% away and when the DTM lands we will give the rest away and we will end up with a royalty on both, Bruce has no intention of getting involved and will just accept regular royalties, also if they do well ,our free shares will increase in value.

Nothing will happen with Han realistically until 2028, due to the Winfield situation(Run down the the 50% performance payment) and Bruce like others before him wants an easy life, hence his remarks give me 12 months.

Bruce will be looking for new projects, to keep the spark of interest in Alien and unfortunately there will be more placings going forward.

Bruce will step down before Christmas and a new Moonkey put in place.

Why am i still holding on, i as i have said numerous times i have written off this investment a long time ago, but i do believe that Han, might come good and will be the one that eventually starts us generating our own income, or could possibly be sold off, so its just a case of waiting.

Just my opinion

As usual with this company, there is a bigger picture going on behind the scenes and as usual we the shareholders will be the last to know but the value of the company is down to just over 15 million. As they say watch this space, unfortunately that's all they have been doing for 5 years.

Next stage will be Moonmonkey and Co ,Max and numerous other chimps, saying what an opportunity to buy,maybe the markets know of a future share placing, as always we will wait and see 👀 👀
