A RNS to confirm that data collection has completed would be nice, that would help move the SP in the right direction.
Reading through the attachment - last enrolment is 7th MY and last data collection is 4th June so she will be a need to conclude and review before and results, I would have though this would take a few weeks before any valuation, with a following wind end of June 24.
Not overly sure how long monitoring of clinical trial patients go on for after cessation of dosage.
Link below regards to trial in Oz. Posted by HbD before l believe.

Badsterman, Sareum have always been watertight with regards to leaking information.
We now have other entities involved.
Sareum will be up to date with progress but cannot realistically release any info until full data analysis is completed by the clinical trial organisation and compliance with regulatory control.
If not good then we are indeed well and truly screwed.
Thoughts on MAD timelines Sog If working on 32 weeks for the 4 cohorts that would of been before 15th April coming up 6 + weeks over unless they pulled in a 5th cohort or finances delayed things in oz...

There was an undisclosed buy at 15.26pm or 15.36pm.
It may well be traders anticipating a RNS today and took a gamble that hasn't paid off.
Well....since 11:30 its been almost uninterrupted sells. Certainly making it easier for MMs to walk this back down if they want to
Cheers for the reply sadoldgit
As for topping the leader board that will happen on RNS of data results.

I sold my entire (small) Shanta holding just before the vote results were out NAVMike (as had a feeling we'd get shafted) and chucked it all in here at the last raise.
So far its paid off well on that tranche (but still down 64.72% overall on my entire holding)
Our time in the sun is coming soon (hopefully!)
Tricky-no prob and thanks
Warthog, hope ya dont mind jumping on ya thread but best of luck in your recovery.
Hi Laz. Fine and thank you for enquiring After crashing 8 weeks ago tomorrow, can just about walk without the aid of a stick and the Surgeon, seen yesterday, well satisfied with progress. Worst part of the whole debacle was having about 100 staples removed from the 20 inch cut some weeks ago. Even the Nurse was wincing!

Interesting stuff, SOG.
Although we're all a bit frutrated that the 1802 translational studies have been ongoing for so long, I wonder if it's because the BoD are investigating possibilities for it beyond cancer. Imagine if we had a single compound that could treat cancer as well as autoimmune conditions. Once these results are known, you'd think big pharma would be all over 1802 if it proves to have such a wide scope for treatments.
A very long but interesting read in a recent link below.
Interesting to note although still in early stages very positive results of Tofacitinib and Upadacitinib in ICI colitus.
Effectively it is immuno checkpoint inhibitor induced colitus.
Nivolumab is a Pd-1 inhibitor, one of many l might add.
Any drug ending in 'mab' are in effect monoclonal antibodies, anything ending in 'nib' are Jak inhibitors.
It does appear that there is a need for further development in this area. A certain class of drugs used for oncology creating immuno gastro intestinal problems
We do know that Deucravacitinib is allostericTyk2. Supposed to regulate the active site via the JH2 or pseudo domain. Failed to meet its endpoints in UC to such an extent the placebo had greater effect.
This result proves that the initial cobblers claim is incorrect. I am not saying that Deucravacitinib cannot work in this area but it is proven that Jak1 Jak 3 inhibitors are effective in the control of Ulcerated colitus.
A door is therefore opening for the immunotherapy drugs with highly probable supportive therapy to the latest generation of monoclonal anti bodies.
If we go one step further we should also take into serious consideration our SDC1802.
Why may some ask?
SDC1802 recently gained patent protection for use as immunotherapy treatment on top of the already patent immuno oncology protection.
This is recent and very relevant info.
Why patent 1802 for immunotherapy when we have 1801?

Completely agree. Very valid post.
I see this period as a little breathing space between RF and the raise and the move onto a news period. Similar to others I am sure that Tim is not rocking up to a conference with nothing to showcase. I expect news any day, then hope we might get a little flow of news days depending on the process they follow for releasing updates. Something on 1a being complete and data being reviewed, then something confirming safety data is all good and perhaps an indication of the target for phase 2 (psoriasis or perhaps something else), then something on deal negotiations underway and so on....a little 737 news would be a Brucie bonus. I would prefer drip feeding of the news to help a slow SP build rather than one big bang, unless it's a TO of course. GLA

Yes, an RNS stating top line results show the compound is safe and tolerable upto x mg per day. The board will review the data over the coming weeks blah blah blah. That sort of thing. Full data readout with plans for taking it onto p2a at the end of June.
Hi Oracle - I think Potnak was alluding to the fact that we may not have news although it could drop ahead of the BIO, but that Tim could travel to the BIO conference armed with a lot more knowledge and that discussions could take place even without news release.
Nobody really knows anything until news is released so I take your point. Personally, I think a RNS just informing us of the "successful conclusion" of the Trial would work wonders. The detail could then follow in a later RNS. We just have to trust the BoD. Without news, I think traders will be out on Friday ahead of the Bank Holiday and I think investors/traders will take positions after the Bank Holiday again. in the run up to news. Just my thoughts - I am often wrong!

Damn this stupid site on a phone
Data may not be due for public consumption by end of june. To avoid chaos on this board and potentially give a spanner to the wombles. We are not hosting the Bio World Conference whose date is set without anything to do with Sareum. We are just attending so news from data has nothing to do with it. Building that expectation is dangerous.
Honestly it's not far away. 5 more weeks tops minus this week. Plenty of time to take a position and relax.

Phase 2 Trial of Deucravacitinib in Psoriatic Arthritis: Biomarkers Associated With Disease Activity, Pharmacodynamics, and Clinical Responses
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38770592/
"
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the association of serum biomarkers with baseline psoriatic arthritis (PsA) disease activity, pharmacodynamic effects of deucravacitinib on biomarker levels, and relationship between biomarkers and clinical responses to deucravacitinib.
Methods: The phase 2 trial (NCT03881059) randomized 203 patients with PsA 1:1:1 to placebo, deucravacitinib 6 mg once daily (QD), or deucravacitinib 12 mg QD. Serum biomarkers associated with the IL-23 pathway (IL-17A, BD-2, and IL-19), Type I interferon pathway, inflammation, and collagen matrix turnover were measured by immunoassay. Clinical responses (≥75% improvement from baseline in Psoriasis Area and Severity Index [PASI 75] and ≥20% improvement from baseline in American College of Rheumatology [ACR 20] criteria responses) were measured at week 16. Hematologic variables were also assessed.
Results: IL-17A, BD-2, and IL-19 had a modest association with PASI scores (r=0.4, r=0.56, and r=0.5, respectively) at baseline. In deucravacitinib groups, IL-17A, BD-2, IL-19, CXCL-9, CXCL-10, CRP, MMP3, and C4M levels were significantly reduced at week 16 versus baseline (P

Signal Update
Our system’s recommendation today is to STAY LONG. The previous BUY signal was issued on 09/05/2024, 12 days ago, when the stock price was 25.24. Since then SAR.L has risen by +40.65%.
Market Outlook
You may relax since our STAY LONG position is secure. The share price is above the confirmation level, and we still have the scope to let the profits run. The market action does not cast a serious doubt on the wisdom of going long.
Boyasaka - stick to the sewers.
LTH here have been here for more than a decade and patients lives could and will be changed forever if this works.
So far, data available is positively reassuring. After all this time and with only positive data going forwards from 10 years or so ago, I will hedge my money on Sareum all day long.
Of course, trade it as you have but please do not belittle the LTH's here. It's just a tad disrespectful.
The sewers nationwide are a mess and that needs your attention in a very positive way. Leave Sareum to the experts, scientists, chemical and lab technicians that have strived to improve safety efficacy and drug tolerance and give many a chance of hope.
Trade it sure, but calm down on this being a punt. Sewers are a punt, not science!
Boyasaka,
News with regards to SDC1801 will not be poor.
News on that one could land at ant time from now til.end of June.
I am pleased you have made a profit. But there are those of us here who are aware of the potential and will hang on.
Also aware of the risk too, and satisfactory safety data pretty well a dead cert on multiple ascending dose up to 300mg per day.
Regards and Good luck with your future investments.
All the best boysuka. No problems with you trading and well done but am happy to wait. More chance of these results being good, than bad. Am very sure of that.
Well done boyasaka with your trades. Hindsight is fantastic. We would all be millionaires now if we had that ability. Easy to kick yourself for missing out on a trade, but if you can learn from it and get better next time the opportunity comes up that will be the best outcome.

The sp was choked at the end but a great day overall despite recent shenanigans. Well done to those who held their nerve.
The only punt that RTOP is worth is one where you punt the share into touch and never look back.
SAR is progressing well, i also like RTOP worth a punt now too
They may be holding buys back Mike as to put them through may well indicate an increase to the sp. Something they clearly don't want to happen....not just yet anyway
So....everyone decides to stop buying at 2:30 - thats nice lol

Placing yesterday at 10p
Some fall from the Hardman & Co printed "On the evidence of GDR, guess where the share price is going! " when they were 30p 11th March less then three weeks ago.
I see Alans55 you are the most recommended poster on the site how many times have you averaged down.
20% fall to 26p at 1.30pm on afternoon RNS
Hardman & Co when writing about the Riverfort deal with GDR a similar share below, predicted this would be same outcome for SAR .
Amazingly, Sareum announced a similar deal with the same investor in November. On the evidence of GDR, guess where the share price is going!

Back to the share price chart and it's coming out of the "oversold" territory. As far as the daily chart goes it's still in an uptrend from about 3rd April. 28p was about the bottom of that trend. Exactly right, no way would you do the journey with no good news.
They are crossing the T's and dotting the I's on the RNS as we speak.
Good luck.
Since it's usually SP attending these things, if Tim is going to this one then it's fair to say he's not going all that way just to announce mediocre 1801 trial results. Releasing good or excellent news prior to the event will attract interested parties wanting to talk face to face with one of the scientists behind 1801 rather than a non-exec like Parker.
If the sp is still dwindling at the end of this month then I might throw another wodge at this as results must be within reach.
