Lots of speculation on funding and next news. So to throw my 2 penny worth into the circle. SAR may well have a MOU in place subject to getting 1801 over the tox line, plus 737 could be the lever. We will just have to wait and see. Either way this would answer funding if required or buy out.

With the clock ticking down to news I am expecting FOMO kicking in soon, although us long term holders have already filled up on SAR shares. I hope our board are stacking up draft RNS’s to post to drive value.

I feel a bit like a child on a journey “are we nearly there yet” we are approaching what feels like a pivotal point in our 1801 development and value stream. I am at least expecting that the end of dosing is announced ( destination arrived) I would hope the Chairman’s corner also provided an insight on the pipeline progress.

Can anyone advise on how SAR 737 is available for the trials that we read about if this is controlled by Sareum ? Given we own it, then I would expect that we have full visibility.

Yes it is slow going and yes it’s frustrating and use the comms are virtually none existent but …. We do have news due at any time and the long awaited third party review of 1801 results. Plenty of positives, I just wish they would get a move on.

Must be getting due a “true” RNS on the tox trials.!

It’s been a 3 months since the last trial was pulled, I suppose is normal for SAR.

I agree with Pontak, he has put it in a nut shell. I would hope the bod clarify this point of failure and provide a resolution with a time lime. Any of our residents experts able to comment on the carrier aspect of delivering the drug ?

I am disappointed to say the least with the board and inability to generate value. I don’t buy into the life style view, for my they have a fist full of shares so it’s in there interest to generate value, yes they have made mistakes and it’s painful but could still come good.

It’s more complicated than you illustrate. You need the future potential revenue in the equation.

Our boys are scientists, they only deal in facts, do only expect an update once 100% clear. Also we need a recovery plan along side this, so will need both together or it would be a negative without.

No panic, wait to see what the 23rd brings, I am expecting some clarity prior or on the day. Our board just need to provide an update as to what the problem is and then a clear path and steps to resolve any issues.

As frustrating the current situation, having read the RNS a few times. I am of the opinion that we will bounce back from this as it is strongly indicated that the test lab is the problem and not 1801. It is clearly stated and a new trial will be expedited. I do hope that the failings at the test lab are clarified and that we are compensated. On other points we could do with 737 being commercialised asap.

No more delays or pivots, I want to see results prior to the AGM, if no strong improvement in positive news and value then I am keen to vote against the board. Time to deliver.

Interesting article, the complexity of the deal is along the lines I expected having been party to a partnership in the past, my experience was not pharmaceutical but it took around 1 year to do the deal. I do feel Tim & John are straight batting, not sure with SP. At the end of the day these guys have millions of shares that I am sure they want to add value too.

As much as our board have messed up on finances and lack of project management, I remain optimistic for a positive outcome Our board have a plethora of shares that I am sure they want to realise a health cash windfall. The science looks strong and there appears to be a steer from others as to direction. If tox study is good then I can see a buyout or partnership. It’s been a very long time in development but 6 months should see a clear result.
