Massively disappointed in our current position and our amateur BOD, having said that sitting tight until we have clarity of our position. I don’t see this as terminal but I hope we have clear facts with a new timeline to approval.

Unfortunately this smacks of incompetence, ( none clinical data) sounds like unsubstantiated parts, how can this be given all the so called work. Someone’s head should roll for this.

Our beloved Tim and co have never been good at sticking to time lines, for me it is a sign of poor programming or management. Communication has been spars and even the Q&A answers in the sessions have been vague. We have seen our share price drift slowly downwards with no intervention from our board. So what do we need from them, ideally positive news or at least buy some shares one of them, last option tweet with hidden message, it’s about time they looked after the share holders who have sat behind them.

Just had a look at my HL and placed a buy with no problem.

I wonder if our drugs would work on political leaders running our country, must be worth giving them a go.

Having been invested in SAR for a very long time it has been a rocky road so far from an investment point of view. Our board have always been poor on communication and commercial savy, I remain positive as we have made good progress on many fronts. What I would like to see from our board is support for us investors in the form of a realistic path that provides share value improvement. There is no reason why they cannot provide updates on potential partners / institutional interest.

We have a history with our board not displaying any commercial savvy, it’s about time that they got there act together and started to provide value as all we are experiencing is erosion of the share price. We have backed them for a long time and it about time they stepped up. Granted we have made progress with our 2 leading assets. Come on guys, let’s have some positive tweets or news.

I don’t message much and yes yesterday was a kick in the teeth. I do think we need to focus on our 2 main assets now and await news that must be due soon. It is frustrating with SAR as everything seems to take for ever and our board are slow to communicate / promote positive value. So we wait for our next update RNS.

Currently we 68m shares in circulation, I can see a placing being an option or a institutional investor taking a slice. The HNWI would be a nice option, if these people are in the inner circle then it could be a great way forward, if this happens then I can see the share value taking off. What ever way funding is achieved we are in a good place, we just need some positive results and boom.

Good afternoon SAR investors, it is highly likely our esteemed chairman will be pulling the strings when it comes to negotiations with partners / buyers. Come on let’s keep it real.

We have made progress and tomorrow’s session will reiterate the path we are on. I have no crystal ball but I do think that PH will bring II / investment to the table, this will be a dilution via shares. The last news release hinted at the need for increased finance down the road. I don’t see this as a problem given the potential values of these ground breaking drugs.

This is our range for a while until we have news. We do have the half year update in about 4 weeks time.

This is our current range 120p +\- 5p. Until we get news from our board or Sierra get 737 moving. I do still feel that PH have driven the price down and expect when they get advanced news of results that they will announce a II and will buy in at this lower rate, potentially 30 million shares, so roughly 100 million shares in circulation. Just my view.

On assumption that the resolutions get passed. It will be the activity / RNS post EGM that will hopefully light the blue touch paper on the share price. It feels we are on the panicle of a meteoric rise ??

I have voted through HL, you have to instruct them, either by secure email when you log in or you can call them snd instruct. You need to do this at least 5 days prior to the AGM. You should have had an email from them. I would get your vote in ASAP.

I cast my vote “for” earlier in the week, having been here for 10+ years and kept patient, we are about to head into a higher devision assuming the proposals go through. SAR will have positioned the company to push ahead and avoid the need for low ball offers. In short they have more choice in how to maximise value and progress development.

SAR as a business will need to create the ability to raise significant funds to progress there / our 1801 ++. So this is what it looks like to me. Consolidate 50/1 equates to around 69 / 70 million shares, then a II could take a 30 million option giving a round 100 million shares. The value post consolidation with news …. Let’s say £2.5 / £5.0. This would provide a platform to progress to stage 2 ++. Now big Pharm have either to make a move very soon or post stage 2 when less risk. Either way we need a position that demonstrates we are not open to low ball offers. Hhhmm

Having held for a very long time, it is disappointing that we are not informed of the strategy to move the business forward, we need clarity so we can make an informed decision and vote accordingly. Having looked at the voting time table EGM 28th, votes by the 26th and HL my broker wants 5 clear days prior to register my votes then I need more from our board beforehand. I am currently undecided which way to vote.
