All heading in the right direction, we have been blessed with great research’s providing factual information over the last decade, it’s been a long haul but feels like we are on the move to a higher level. It’s time the market and big farm make there move as they will be fully aware and aligned to the potential. What would be advantageous for us now would be agile approval. I would hope to get an invite to the boat party, I promise to bring the champagne.

Given our portfolio and “potential “ then we are attractive and ripe for a buyout. The due diligence process can take 3 to 6 months and throw up many questions before a final value can be tabled. It may be that we need to at least get one of our products over the line but then again big pharm know there onions so maybe we are in the due diligence phase. Regarding fair value then this really depends on the success of each product and the market size, given the field we are working in then again this is many billions, if all come through then the value is astronomical.

Given our success so far and yes as long term share holders we have seen a substantial rise in value but my view is we should be at least 6p / 10p but we aren’t. Looking ahead assuming we are successful with our product development then £ is realistic. Thoughts pls.

I rarely message but read this board daily for the last decade. I am interested in the view of our many avid readers, my thoughts turn too, given all the upside why is our share price so low, what is holding us back?

Let’s not encourage the silly posters, it’s a waste of time and fills the board with rubbish. We tend to get the quality posts over a weekend or late at night.

Nothing has changed, it’s a waiting game, so patience required. We have great science and a potentially massive value assuming all comes good. The upside is high and the down side low, so I am sitting tight awaiting news in the coming months.

To all LTH, it’s a case of sitting tight, we have held for many years and have news approaching, nothing to worry about if the share price drifts until news.

Lots of noise around from the short term fly bye nights. The LTH will sit tight for now while this plays out. I for one have a lot of respect for Thoth who has been providing solid factual information for many years. Yes we are all hoping that Tim and Co are capable of delivering and the risk vs reward is in my view 30/70. I have been contemplating the last RNS and have already posted my disappointment on how this was released. If there is big news arriving next week there I can understand but otherwise my faith in the board will disappear.

Share price will seesaw until we get news, ideally the Chinese news will drop very soon. We just have sit tight.

The value and potential makes interesting reading, we are on the cusp of what could be mind blowing value.

Given we are due a payment of £900k from our Chinese connection “before” Jan 2021 there should be news and payment this side of new year. Given we have limited trading days left, I am expecting a RNS soon. Views pls.

I don’t read it at all in that this will lead to a placing for us. We have no expenditure in the development going forward. I am disappointed that Tim has denied any contact on this matter, obviously no straight bat, can he be trusted?

I have a limit order in place for my 10 million shares at 200p.

Yes I am in a similar position, having been in sar for 10 yrs ish. I have accumulated 10 million shares and have been an avid reader of the wise people on this board. My analysis is the share price will increase on the various milestones, personal view is we could achieve 18 to 26p in the short term. Looking at the bigger picture assuming all goes to plan then my assessment is £1 is very achievable and to Thoth’s many points many multiples are feasible.

Any offering that materialises will be subject to share holder approval, I for one would not be accepting a low ball offering of 4or 5p, it would be insulting! I am in the Throth camp on value
