True to form we are heading into the last week of May soon and our Sareum board are never early. Let’s hope they get the tox study away and advise accordingly.

I am hoping for a RNS in the morning followed by a strong communication in the meeting/ updates. Anything less with swerved answers and jam tomorrow will not wash for me. We have the tox update, 1802 and 737, so there must be some good news due. If it is more of the same then ….

Roll on weekend, more chance of sensible discussion without the idiots. Can’t be long now for an update and tox trials starting.

The board has gone quiet over the last few days and the nay sayers have disappeared for now. I am looking forward to 2025 and fingers crossed it’s a transformational year. It’s been a long haul but as long as the tox study goes well then I expect this to be catalyst to a deal. Having considered the steps taken recently it is likely “deal subject to tox results” in my opinion.

Sog we are where we are. We are a plc not a private company the chairman is responsible for corporate governance, this is the failing for me that has led to the poor decisions / performance.

Sog - Parker has been Chairman for many years and as chairman one of his main responsibilities is corporate governance, so what due diligence was done on peel hunt and the financial debacle. It is incumbent on the role to ensure that these decisions are watertight and in the best interest of the company and its shareholders. Sure this is indefensible.

Well 2024 was yin & yang with the finance debacle and the positive progress of 1801 at least Peel hunt are gone. I half expected the 737 to bomb out, there is something wrong with this or surly it would have progressed. The changes with our BoD for what ever reason feel a little strange also. I am not a fan of Parker, he gives off the wrong vibe for me, given his role as chairman he is accountable for the poor commercial performance. Now 2025 is the make or break for me, we have 1801 that is looking good, the tox study will be key for us. I would like clear start date and program asap.

Tuned into the AGM, nothing of any significance as expected. From the tone of the guys they seemed quite happy with things. Not many questions and hard to hear some of them. From the answers given, tox trial, third party review all start “early next year” there seems / feels a lack of urgency for the board, this leads me to think that there is discussion going on in the back ground. I did find the 737 share answer disappointing in that the “private company” value or to convert the shares to cash was convoluted. Let’s see if any share holders gleaned anything from informal chats

To all readers, please refrain from insults, let’s keep this board sensible. There is no need for point scoring. We have some brilliant members who provide great information and balance views, let’s keep it that way.

So we have raised 2 lots of funds now, we have a change in direction which looks to validate the toxicity. We have now opened up 1802, so consider why change, why toxicity, why 1802, also add funding from various ways. If we have a potential partner / buyer in the wings who wants validation and clarity on 1801 plus wants 1802 then it makes perfect sense to be supporting and even providing funding. In my view we have a pathway towards the end game, we now need to get on with it and hopefully fly through toxicity.

If we consider that we never determined the maximum dose and that the blood indicators are better than expected , it makes logic that if we can ace the toxicity element we have a very clear runway to sell / partner etc. All good we just need to get on with it.

The results from the trial must be good or we would have been informed by now, so it’s sit on your hands time and wait for RNS. On a personal note I would favour a buyout but let’s wait and see.

Let’s consider the results a poor, if this was the case then the board would need to have informed us by now. So let’s consider if the results are good, then why not just provide the results. I don’t believe that a NDA would interfere with publishing results. So I feel the results are good, as indications from the board have been positive so far. In my view they want to provide not just good results but the next steps to move us forward. It could be any number of paths / deals. What is clear …. Not long now.

Given our board have sight of how the data is looking, then why go to a conference if it’s not good? It may be that this is a sign that all is good. We can all theorise and time will tell. Expecting news very soon. Have a good weekend all.

Lots of noise and chest bearing lately, let’s wait for news and stop the silly nonsense.

We have a share price and we have products that have a value, there seems little collation between the two. I have a view that the board pay little attention to share price as they see the end value as the prize. As Q3 comes to a close we will get the long awaited update, I do hope they have a good word smith write it up.

We are entering a pivotal phase in the company’s development, it’s hard to see that both 1801/02 will not be snapped up as a package. We are in a reasonable position and there are many big Pharos that could be sat at the negotiating table. If you look at it from s big pharm view, the risk reward will be tipped on good data, let’s hope that the science comes through, with a few players bidding against each other. A favour a buyout but let’s wait and see, not long now.

Regarding. A takeover or buy in, having had involvement in a buy in, there is a huge amount of due diligence and takes up to 6 months with the buyer looking for any excuse to reduce the business value. I would imagine a buyout is exactly the same. We do have the data pack becoming available and hope that we have a number of potential suitors lined up. Any buyout / Sale will take some time depending how much courting has been going on in the back ground. Either way post good data we are set for a re-rate.

What I find strange is Tim stands down as CEO, prior to a confirmed deal, if it’s over the line then we should be informed by now. If it’s subject to the data then why jump now. The only thought is it’s done but the value is subject to the data results. Again why go now?

Clear signal that there is a deal of some sort on the table. It is inconceivable that Tim would move without a clear path ahead. I expect positive news very soon.
