APPOINTMENT OF VITALY RUDENKO AS CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Rambler Media Limited ("Rambler Media" or "the Company"), the leading providerof internet and multimedia services to the global Russian-speaking community,today announces the appointment of Vitaly Rudenko, a Non-Executive Director ofRambler Media, to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer ("COO"). Mr Vitaly Rudenko, aged 34, has served as a Director of Rambler Media since 7July 2006. He most recently held the position of Business Development Directorat JSC AEK Dynamo ("Dynamo"), the leading Russian producer of electricalequipment for transport, where he was responsible for business restructuring,acquisitions and new projects development. Prior to his work at Dynamo, MrRudenko was as an Analyst for FMC Securities and Creditanstalt Investment Bank,a Senior Auditor for Arthur Anderson, and an Economist for Rossiysky KreditBank. He is ACCA affiliate and graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute andthe London School of Economics. As COO of Rambler Media, Mr Rudenko's role will be to coordinate operationalactivities and to manage and integrate business acquisitions.
