NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company announces that it was notified on March 1, 2024, that the following Persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') exercised an option over ordinary shares of $0.50 each in the Company ('Shares'). The number of shares exercised are outlined below.
