Just had 9p divi and got another 9p on the SP spike this morning. Can now average back in once price settles.

Having just had the divi and now a good sp rise I decided to sell and bank my profits and look to buy again later when I know what is their divi plans.

Imo this is as good as it gets on the aquisition front for CAML. They have secured finance for the $298m build. The dfs which is underway should be pretty straightforward given neighbours and the new administration and fast track permitting. VMS deposits often have unexplored upsides which could likely extend LoM.

It’s just really a question of whether the existing divi will be continued whilst the mine is built given the draw on cash and the $120m credit facility. With it being just 5years on the loan in theory the divi can be sustained from cash and existing ops but question is will they. I expect that will be asked on the call as it’s not in the RNS.

But even if it’s cut the sp should theoretically increase offering capital gain.

Cashflow covers divi and they are likely lining up an asset sale at NAV+.

Been waiting for sub 30 but doesn’t look like it. Will probably go there now! If so I will add more as will be plenty of opportunity to slice on way back up.

It’s about a mile from me to the open moor. Got a larder full of cans that are all dry and can see us through at least 9 months. Some rice, pasta, water purification tablets a push bike with a rack and two buckets for the river! 4 Calor gas bottles and a bbq to cook. Plenty of black bags. No latrine though.. that could be a challenge!

All said in jest but this country is probably one organised cyber attack away from chaos! And no matter how many warnings these institutions still don’t learn to take data protection seriously… flipping Co-op has no protein yoghurts left! lol!

Ps bought more SVML!

It’s just that these projects are too long off for production for many peoples investment timescales. That usually means more dilution hence these stocks are seldom held long term. You only have to look at the majority of charts on AIM to see the sp erosion over the last 5 years in particular.

I am with you though rose’ I held these before from 3p and they motored through 6p and I sold out but always intended to buy back in. The cue for me was the last raise and now being way below the ‘Deferred Consideration Price’ I think this could double again from here especially with more near term news.

I note that the number of deferred shares in the summary table below is one more than the actual. Just an observation.

Still I will continue to add here now as I can and look to sell half at 6.2p but no doubt I will change my mind again by then!

Doesn’t indicate a stock overhang to me with +£100k of indicative sells going through early doors.

I have known NT here to sell 500 shares many times before!

Good news today that the SWD is suitable and they have applied for permit to dispose of water. Better still they saved money as not needed to test lower levels.

Rost is on track and should be below budget. The key link being success at Rost will obviously benefit the IPO. MDH should stand out amongst the other Helium listed companies with a +5% well, actual helium sales and a significant footprint for growth in the USA.

Once listed on AIM I am pretty sure we will get to 10p quickly and expect the company to be taken out. Rost won’t be ignored by the market!

So the ‘if’s’ are diminishing as time ticks on!

GREENX got a placement away at 31.5p. Defo one to watch for any dip. Great assets and also a huge litigation that looks to be going their way and could double the sp soon. Shares up slightly today. I would look for a pullback.

So we either have the wrong folk coming in or giving away huge pay rises to the likes of heavily unionised rail workers in return for no productivity gains is costing us! Probably a mix of all things!

Still there will be another million people coming here soon, all willing to work, join our armed services, our NHS and schools and contribute in taxes so all will be sorted!
