Yes I think it’s time to buy back in here now that the placing is out the way and news ahead of us.

Won’t take much to go above 4 now imo.

LEX - I used to hold, did very well there. Got tremendous assets, good management and serious backers.

Now the placing that I expected and called here is settled I decided to start to buy back in. Grabbed 50k shares at 3.255. That’s below the recent undiscounted placing of 3.4p.

I think anything below 4p should do very well.

Also looking to add at HREE - where my timing hasn’t been so good! Floated at 3p I bought at 1.8 after the post placing holding flip which was at 1.5p and expected in prospectus.

But it’s gone back to 1.55p now so watching before putting in next lot. HREE has the biggest clay (cheap/high yield) rare Earth deposit in world and US offtake agreement. Will be chased soon imo.

Most of my pf is now in divi stocks which are doing well post trump shenanigans! So using the income to buy a few more riskier plays again. Don’t feel so bad then if get a couple wrong!

I just bought 3000 shares at 50p. Will show in a mo.

I looked through the data and likewise couldn’t believe it! Also 6% yield!

I didn’t buy more as like to buy tranches. Liquidity was NT to buy so had to set limit order. However, I now know I can sell those 3000 shares at 49.8p easily as was offered countdown.

May add more later.

My only worry is these events companies are usually first for the chop with macro and very vulnerable to terror, strikes and also the next best thing but these guys have actually been going for ages! I also see potential as industry harnesses and integrates AI with human experience.

Looks like a few second guessing the xd reaction and taking it early!

As always a stock looks better from a lower average than underwater but ops wise UKW has delivered on its guidance. It’s just that there seems to be no softening in US bond yields!

I have managed to get my average down and decided to take the divi for now. I may slice some later with the hope of recycling lower! Tough call!

No ‘pleased to announce’ from Paul sums these numbers up really!

However, given the 20m raised there has to be a lot of potential in the block…

As for the CB debt imo would be based starting from a firesale perspective (can we get our money back) and debt serviceability. There must be high confidence in both.

Imo the only way to have gained from this sp given the volumes would have been to open a CFD or short lower than the announced placing and then dump stock when it was listed. Not saying that wouldn’t happen but it’s a big if and would likely be small numbers given the regulatory risk.

Imo we are where we are as a product of not yet having enough buys. The float here has always been pretty low especially after North as MM don’t like to carry on stock so once volume picks up so will the price.

Because the last options were partly to recognise that the directors had forgone payments in order to preserve cash 22/1/25 RNS. Only part of the options have vested. Rest start at 2.5p.

Given they haven’t sold those following the 1/3 vestment agreed at the AGM they still haven't been fully remunerated.

Loan notes were disposed of to RGO which had the strike price reduced from 4p to 1.6p due to the poor SP but these aren’t due until 2026. Nick Lee as a director of RGO accounts as a related party. Not clear whether it was his notes but either way all this potential remuneration is future dated.

So yes whilst there is the intention to pay debt and reinvestment whether it’s a double shuffle or not the directors need to be paid. Especially given that the SP isn’t hitting the options targets no matter how admirable those are.

And that is not a criticism it’s a view based on reality.

So if the sp rises/time ticks on we get further material dilution through options and warrants.

If the SP doesn’t rise we get dilution through more placings options and warrants.

Hence my view to break the cycle is to realise a gain from the investments, pay debt, pay directors. Then sell more assets.

Many here would take the NAV which could be much higher on a sale basis or do we continue with the merry-go-round of diluting what we have.

There is zero meaningful revenue and revenue is unlikely at this stage of growth from the investments. Folk are getting older - pass on the baton for some investments and use the cash.

Holing Average 3.3131 that’s a 21.73% yield assuming divi held.

True average 3.47p as I traded down I think 410p isa good target. Not sure if I will sell or stick yet though.

Similar to likes of BLU and VELA. There is no income from their holdings and the directors just keep raising cash on the back of a narrative that tomorrow we’ll be millionaires!

Feel for the PI’s stuck in here but if the NAV is that good then why isn’t the SP up.

They managed it at ROAD so why not here.

If it means more destroying the sp and diluting holders they should sell the assets and hand back the cash. But they won’t because they get paid, have options and can issue themselves cheap stock and spin a narrative that keeps folk here.

What’s the point of investing another 2.6m if it just means another spike and then a decline in sp.

Got a real chance here but not imo by doing the same thing over again and expecting a different result.

Even giving half back as a special will make the market look up! Out of the rest unless there is meaningful revenue they will still need to hold some cash back for directors income.

Then around they go again!

The chart which reflects the BoD’s track record over the last 5 years tells me they should hand the cash back to shareholders and sell other assets as well.

This is just a gravy train for the BoD. Time to repay the long suffering owners here imo as this model isn’t working!
