These BB don’t always manifest as a set number ish each day, like UKW.

Sometimes it’s one offs then nowt like at RECI and then due to liquidity they don’t always buy they allocation.

Can’t see why they would wait for results to announce a deal. Imo it’ll just be how hard they are working with several interest parties to get this over the line to maximise shareholder returns. Usual carrot.

The results will be dire as they cover up to end of December 24 so will show the cash run-off which is now academic.

The bond investors are playing hard to get here and clearly hold all the cards.

There’s riverfort to pay off and cash will be needed for coupons and ops irrespective of how honourably the directors are working without pay.

But if they land a deal - later - then even 10p coukd be a steal!

I think you will be able to cheer if this one announces accepting Helium payments in Bitcoin and or USD.

Why not?

With so many tech companies and biotechs for that matter now establishing Bitcoin treasuries by raising equity HEX could do it with direct sales.

And I think you could guess someone who would be very interested in that. Especially when you look at where USD is heading and how BTC is a border less ‘currency’.

HEX skips out of the need to raise equity for treasury.

Of course it’s what you do after funding operations but when you look at the likes of MSFT on the NAZ or SWC, COIN on Aquis, Metaplanet on Topix or CLAI, CYK on AIM plus loads in France and many others in US’s share price performances…wow!

It’s a possibility and one that could be done in conjunction with future equity rises as well as payments.

MNG just announced a big JV today a great private partnership. Perhaps that’s a better approach than getting involved with governments that clearly cannot hold business that they employ to spend tax payers money to account.

Still on HS2 no one losses their job, gets fined or does time for theft or neglect of fiduciary duty. If they get caught it’s just a handshake payoff!

But if the govt fk up someone’s benefit payment and they don’t give it back they could end up in the nick!

So many good ideas but ‘either or’ with net zero is not responsible imo nor will it release billions purported. The planet is warming the ice is melting. We need to responsibly manage our carbon emissions and also use our natural resources especially LNG rather than import the stuff!

Needs to have a better fiscal story as well. Playing to the audience with promises to fund everything doesn’t wash with the electorate. Not done himself and the party any favours there! There is a much better narrative around tough choices, collecting due taxes and creation of sovereign wealth.

But there’s some good ideas in the mix especially around protecting our borders but as always with politics there’s never one party that has a reasonably amount of good ideas, honesty and a fiscal balance, oh and also a safe set of hands!

I remain a floating voter!

Shown its hand at +10p there will be buyers that have managed to free funds ahead of news.

Gotta watch the mcap though - this one is very good value on a peer basis. I looked through CPAI (was dke) and not knocking them but it wasn’t for me. With their 3 i’s and absolutely no dilution narrative - I have seen that stuff before. Likewise with CTAI their CEO didn’t have his finest moments as a covid play.

Investors should look at the last RNS here and the quality of the advisers they have here. This is tech and build not fluffy narrative. They have also held cash and increased revenues on their base model. Treasury is a natural complimentary add on not a nice to have like some US biotechs are adopting.

So 50 institutions will give over $2.1bn to buy BTC!
