I suppose when one steps back 4.5m in cash, another well that has come in with amazing pressures and no water, and two more wells planned on a proven fairway with FULL FIELD production in 1 year and not two. That is one heck of a lot of uncertainty out the way for a relatively small price!

Typically I haven't had my LGEN divi just yet but it’s going in here once it lands whatever the SP!

Well I for one have no problem with a fundraise that delivers two extra wells and reduces the timeline to production from 2 years to 1 year!

We only have 185m shares in issue after listing on 9th April 2024 and full production within two years! That is incredible!

Then we still have the IGGY hydrogen wildcard to be played.

What I don’t like is that the market, obviously from their broker, leaks the placing and/or sells stock the day before to reduce the VWAP. That is a plague of AIM and nothing to do with ‘I bought stock so accept the risks’. It’s cheating!

But the project economics and share price will transform once offtakers and sales follow. That is what will reduce the need for capital and Helix will have a major Helium producing field in the USA. That ‘daisy chain’ funding is ever closer now as 5 wells become a reality!

Short term pain long term gain. I will be buying the dip today for a tuckaway!

This is why I said nom that we who have little control of our borders have any idea how many sleeper drones there are across the UK. Indeed after this attack even if there weren’t that many you can bet Russia/China/North Korea/Iran will be using bad actors to establish such strike and disruptive capabilities.

And that is asymmetrical because I just don’t see us buying a farm building in China or Russia and loading it with cheap strike drones.

Watching Simon Reeves excellent documentary on Scandinavia (watch on iplayer), he brought home how behind the UK is, especially compared to Finland.

We are entering a new era where one doesn’t necessarily need to be on a hostile border to encounter war. With cyber attacks, drones, chemical weapons, dirty bombs and computer jamming we are at a high level of risk because we are simply unprepared for that sort of attack.

Yes it’s actually not unusual to have a short suspension for late publication of accounts. Doesn’t mean anything is awry. Often it’s something simple like staffing levels at the auditors.

A delay would be very unlikely to be news dependent as the accounts are looking back.

Re the bond investors it maybe that pXC are looking elsewhere.. It’s not a simple sales process. A prospective investor may want better terms and PXC want their cash.

I think today was pretty strong for UKW. It was up all day and finished well with good volumes.

It didn’t like sub 110 and hopefully we will soon have 115 as a support but I think the SP is gonna bobble along at 112-118 bandwidth for a while unless rates come down.

Treasury yields have stayed high but a weaker USD and that they didn’t get lots of interest in the last treasury issue may just be a clue to a turning point for high yield.

Also there’s less buying over the pond with investors favouring Europe and the UK is the pick of ‘cheap’

I think we will see the 30’s v soon and then if we land offtake agreements even the 70’s this year.

Get the hydrogen sorted and that could be the catalyst for over 100p

The IRR on the helium using NPV8 is over 1000%!

Even brokers have 140 for it so 100p is a balanced shout for delivery!

No reason why this can’t move to 100p next year if the program comes in.

Regarding another placing, unless there’s a fk up I don’t see one soon. Bo has 10m shares and wouldn’t want to dilute if they can daisy chain the Helium revs to pay for each well. Which could be another price catalyst.

As for TR1’s Oberon still have over 9%. They would have to notify for a drop below 9%. Of course they could be trading the margins but likewise so are PI’s which probably account for a lot of the selling.

I have been buying back the ones I sold earlier although I kept a core holding. I got some more in the teens but wasn’t in a position then to add more. I am now.

Remember the Lassonde curve…we are moving very quickly out of that dip to the production phase now and may well see some institutional investment when the wells come in.

I don’t know em Tom, but chart has broken above 30-50p bandwidth. Usually a good sign.

Mcap seems low given it has 2 manufacturing plants but the market gives little for assets nowadays. It’s all about delivering un leveraged cashflow! Even then these companies still trade on silly discounts!
