Re $500/mcf
I actually think we will never know the strike price for offtakers. This is very similar to biotech pricing when individual deals are struck and not released for commercial confidentiality.
I am pretty sure you can at least double the strike price for security and longevity of supply which would also come with an annual ramp up pricing formulae based on industry inflation as opposed to core US inflation rates.
This is one of the reasons it is so important to have several producing wells before the ink signs of formal offtake deals. For sure you can truck/train stuff to the likes Jayhawk with one off pricing until we get up to a higher capacity and security of supply.

Air products and Linde has NASA contracts with public disclosure.
AGP is the largest independent purchaser of balloon helium in USA. It supplies directly from independent wells ensuring availability for various sectors
Zephyr supplies industrial helium at 99.99% purity across 50 US states
So with a multi- well set up with min 12 years supply (more like 25 years) and the ramping up of data centres (chips/fibre), space exploration and satellite comms (telecommunications, GPS, defence) the huge tech sector growth and chips act I think you can stick $1000 min in your excel!
The contracts will come and the pricing will be a premium to the actual relief of the consumer!
Usual caveats
