If you would like to put a question forward to our webinar guest speakers Sapan Ghai, CCO at Sovereign Metals, Will Holland, CEO at Europa Oil & Gas and Rick Guiney, CEO at MicroSalt please submit them here.
The company, regardless of what shareholders see, new hires , attendance at trade shows ....are not awash with cash. To survive they need the finance deal in place.
That and only that is what I am focused on.
Concerns about H2 and worked booked I will focus on later. The same applies to share buybacks. Imo it is not possible at the moment , regardless of whether one believes it will impact share price.
In the interim the above does not preclude Arun buying.
However the fact he is and has been for months, the main interface with UKEF and the banks involved, will almost certainly mean he has been unable to do so.
Like everyone else, I am frustrated with the SP, but fully comprehend why we sit at this price.
Personally pleased no contracts announced right now , it would cause a temporary spike and back down the slide we'd go, until funding in place and we then know the company has operating cash for the foreseeable.
The wait continues😒
They are storing gas initially, AFAIK.
Lol see Neil's comment.
@Stokey12, pure conjecture on my part,
however I have a suspicion that I could be correct.
If I was a cruise ship owner , looking to refurb and looking for finance to do so , I might very well consider the buyers credit facility. See link below.
If ?? Margaritaville and Villa Vie have availed of this, then they may well be the first of many to do so.
H& W due to their huge dry docking facilities have a massive advantage over many other UK yards , the sheer size of most cruise ships precludes many .
Reading about the facility , the minimum loan is 5mm and 15% must be paid upfront.
Perhaps loans agreed in principle, but until the UK exporter (H&W)
in this example have sight and confirm scope of work, it cannot be finalised.
Obviously many 3rd parties involved in any refit and therefore perhaps contracts NDA as fluid. I don't know.
Thus far , as far as I am aware, we haven't seen any such contracts go thru our books. Maybe they have a different criteria as to how they are reported. Maybe milestones for pyt release are set differently and the they amt to multiple small contracts for reporting purposes . Dont know ?
For someone Spud who when invested carried excellent research to the board and was very fast to respond to any negativity, your post must be disappointing to those invested alongside you throughout that period.
I think that's a great post Dawski and finally we are starting to see the long awaited transformation taking shape.
I think what has been achieved thus far is something all investors can be proud of and hopefully we will all soon benefit from our continued support.
Enjoy the rest of the weekend and great pics, thx. It certainly is a beast !
