We will be dealing with wholesalers , who may have held a small stockpile & additionally may have had forward negotiated contracts to rely on. Those will now be reaching maturity & people will be actively purchasing at higher prices. There is only so long that wholesalers can hold off purchasing in the hope of early resolution in Iran. It should be more than clear by now that there is no speedy solution and furthermore Insurance costs via Lloyds make it almost cost prohibitive to even consider importing from that region , that's before onemillion levies are paid for navigating the Straits.

Domestic supply will become increasingly attractive , even at higher rates.

Talking of things that 'explode' Bandar Abbas, the largest port in Iran was targeted last night ( again) by US milatary. It is the largest container port in the region & more damage only serves to further restrict any Helium movement from the region.

What a problem Bo has , almost intraday the price of helium rises & the supply becomes tighter. It's an issue that most Ceo's dream of.

I'm not concerned about offtake agreements , I'm sure Bo will maximise profit for himself & all shareholders.

Spot on Jimzi , searches have to be done on any assesrs the target holds that aren't domiciled in country of target , to ensure they are compatible with legal structure of acquiring company . Any charges on any assets must be considered/ unearthed , as they will impact purchase price. All directors of target company must be checked * if remaining in situ , for bankruptcy / or prior criminal convictions.. may prevent them from being considered for similar role. Existing share holdings need consideration as do LTIP's. Target acquisitions are not a straightforward exercise and agree 100 % with Jimzi , a load of drivel being posted constantly about it.
