In view of today's share purchases, thus so far as writing, 703,000 share equating to £4K in quick succession. Why not follow suit if you're brave enough and have the bottle to chase potential upside ? It is the best and only positive indication after a very long time of inactivity, FACT.
If you listen to comments made by those connected with the Company they believe that events are coming which will release value. However the share price clearly indicates a lack of confidence in the Company strategy.
There also appears to be skepticism about the true asset value.
Hi mbvb2: your obvious positive astuteness is falling on deaf ears. I still believe that the stock is overpriced, even at the current mid price. Sure Ventures share price has been allowed to retreat for a while now possibly due to the lack of Corporate City support. It is unfortunate that so many ordinary shareholders who bought into the Corporate package feel let down, as time and time again they bought in on highs following momentum buying based on the flimsiest of share enhancing news. So far there has been no substantial buying up of the stock at current levels suggesting that the market is sceptical as to any significant share enhancement forthcoming news or any share enhancing upside valuation ?
We will just have to be patient. One of the best investments they could make would be to buy their own shares whilst we wait for small cap investment co's to come back in fashion. To get close to NAV the share price is going to have triple or even quadruple from here. Whatever they do I believe that buying at these levels will generate decent returns over the next 12-24 months.
If MFAI has invested the £700k then it would have been appropriate and good Corporate Practice to update shareholders . If the £700k is still to be invested and sitting in the Bank earning nothing ? That is not good Corporate Business. Either way we need to know what happened to that £700k is that not a sensible question to put to an Investment Company.
Does anyone know when the next results are Due .There is not exactly a great news flow communication
It would not come as any surprise that the recent fundraise has been absorbed into the Corporate working capital black hole, or is that too cynical approach ? One would have thought that Investments were lined up ahead of any fundraising, and any investment/s were reported more or less immediately or within a reasonable time shortly afterwards.?
Nope, still not done anything with it. Market cap is now just over £1.7 million so over £700k is cash, means all Mindflairs investments are currently valued at £1 million. It was over £7million at last reported NAV but emergent was a loss of around £1 million. Still massively undervalued here, hopefully.when they announce what they are investing in sparks the share price into action
Hi. Has there been any reported update on how the last £700k fundraise was use, and or invested ?
Hi Derbyday. I think that it has been well and truly "docked" ?
Will this dog ever wag its tail?
The most I would want to pay for MFAI shares is around 0.85p, even at that price I believe them to be overpriced ? But this is the Corporate world, with a little Corporate hype, and momentum buying could push the price to around 2.5p towards end February.
Well ! Well! No surprise here, and Not far wrong from the next phase truth ? So that will be 274 or so millions shares issued now.
Have any Investee Companies shown a return on the invested monies, or has MFAI shares given any sustained shareholder value upside ?

Check out the RNS. Although an investee company is being liquidated, there is a very positive statement at the end of the RNS.
"the Company is still trading at around 30% of its NAV."
Huge upside potential here.

"OUTLOOK
The portfolio construction of Fund I is complete and is now at the realisation stage. Several companies are attracting interest from potential acquirers, with some engaged in ongoing discussions for several months. Others are preparing for follow-on funding rounds, with the potential for higher valuations. Fund II is in the early stages of the investment cycle, and the investment team is encouraged by the quality of its initial investments and the developing deal pipeline.
The Company's performance has been stable in a challenging economic environment, marked by higher inflation, higher interest rates, and geopolitical tensions. These factors continue to impact public and private markets and have slowed private market deal activity. However, the Company believes its investment portfolio is well positioned for significant returns in breakthrough technology sectors. The Investment Manager will be actively exploring exits for Fund I in 2024."
Those that bagged profits on the way up 38% to 54% locked in profits nicely on .98p purchase profits. I believe that there might be another.3 fall before buying back in churned profits takes place.
Try the same trick again, beat the market, buy in at circa .95. if Mindflair has as good investments as the Companies allege, then there is Corporate support. But play momentum buying and hype to your advantage, but sell out when decent profits presented to cover dealing costs. Small Profit Quick Returns all the way to the Bank.
Always happens if there isn't news or insiders continuing to buy ahead of news to back up a rise so was always likely to drop back yesterday and today
"News on Monday" from other sources has not arrived, so not many took the bait. However market marked down price on drip drip sellers. Share price could drift on the fallout from Friday's momentum buying.
If anything share price retreat pressure could last this session ?
