Yup, the life of the fund is 10-years. Max committment is £5m over those 10 years and that's just £500k per year assuming max pay in, which is very unlikely. The current cash Mindflair has will provide funding to cover any further stake building for 2025, 2026 and 2027.

Meanwhile what we just discovered in the Sure Valley RNS yesterday was:

"The Company is working actively toward additional liquidity events from Fund I, and subject to positive outcomes, it expects to consider a special dividend as a reward to shareholders for their continued support and patience."

Fund 1 is the one MFAI has the most exposure too at present and the one which GV was in and the one IR is in. Which is fully done in terms of further investment.

If they are indeed about to make the exit then Mindflair is going to recieve money both directly and also through a special dividend going by that.

FYI: As at 31 March 2025, Mindflair plc holds 1,816,790 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 22.86% of the Company's ordinary shares in issue at 31 March 2025.

So something big is about to kick off for Mindflair which is possibly:

+Sure Valley has successfully exited some or all of their position in Infinite Reality which will bring in significant £££ into Mindflair give their large exposure to the SVV1 fund.

+Infinite Reality is about to announce another substantial valuation increase beyond the present $15.5b

+Infinite Reality is about to announce Nasdaq listing plans (remember they just settled with the SPAC)

+Other possible strategic moves in AI or BTC

+Something related to the recent board appointment which specifically mentioned investors in Asia.

+Another one of the SVV1 companies is going to sell for a pretty penny (full list below)

We expect that in the coming months we will see some additional realisations or liquidity events from the investment portfolio which is expected to generate further cash inflows for the Company.

Been through this before they covered and they are debt free atm no issues here
