Hi Llama, you are definitely more clued up in the investing world than I am. Ive dealt with properties for over 30 years and only just took this up as a hobby about 7 years ago. What I have noticed in that short period (more so after covid) is that punters are willing to put 10 grand down for not even a hundred quid profit. I like reading your posts as they are very informative... hope you enjoy the great weather...

Unfortunately, as I previously mentioned it looks like the last RNS has spooked a few. Not really bothered tbf as I am not planning on selling anytime soon. I have accumulated enough and will now wait to see how this plays. Been here a few years so a few more wont hurt...GL to all...

It also highlights the requirement to secure non dilutive funding. Which is definitely spooking a few punters to sell. The sooner they nail down that the better. To be fair the board have been clear that’s their strategy.
