I think we are being taken for mugs. No information or RNS. when you request an update it is ignored. Suspect any money due to shareholders will disappear. Why else the failure to communicate anything for 6 months. ?

It was referenced in the Outcome Statement posted last year Rodgivad:

The Outcome Range is a highly conditional estimate and based upon and subject to, inter alia, the following major assumptions:

- That the Company's real estate property sells for a value within +/-10% of the Company's advisor's valuation;

- That the Wind-Down of the Company and its trading subsidiary proceed in an orderly manner and principally complete within 9 months of today; and

- That there are no material unforeseen creditors

Spill, there is no information pertaining to either of your questions on the company website (which still appears to be active)!

It appears the property sale has now been finalised. I wonder how this impacts our returns given that (a) the property was independently valued at £3.7m and (b) the liquidation process will exceed the expected 9 month timeline from February 2025?

It's been nearly 2 months since the AGM. Any news? Nothing appears to have been posted on the company website.
