Great idea. Just unlucky withe timing. At least the new guy at Pexa got smexit done, even if we are screwed over again. Could have been worse

Another company gone on the cheap. When will the English tech market rate shares fairly. A bargain

Good spot WJ. Might also explain the slow progress of negotiation. A conclusion must be imminent as diligence was completing last week. Interest rates stable, fixed rates coming down and signs of activity in the housing market. I’m quite willing to hold if the deal is not forthcoming. No doubt would take a hit on the share price, but they have potentially a very valuable business hence the quality and quantity of funds . I cant see them parting for this for less than £1 +. If not the business is not worth buying imo

The big question however is how much are they willing to pay ?
