Please not at the moment, there is no clear timeline, when the parties will fulfill the conditions expected by the court, so that the merger can be processed.

Once our custodian confirms all required information is provided, we will process the corporate action.

Use iTrade here in Canada. Some in my RRSP too. The ticker has changed for FO in my portfolio but google says 2 to 5 business days to complete the switch over to TBN. Could be longer if issues. Don't think there are any sale issues, just transfer time.

I contacted my Broker this morning. Which is a large multinational broker. The call took quite a while whilst they were checking the status of the merger. Initially they said that the "Corporate Action was finished ', but then I advised that Falcon still showed on my portfolio. After further checking they advised that they are undertaking an investigation' as in their words, "The merger is not yet successfull".....(That was their understanding, even though we have heard from both companies that it has completed!!)

So still none the wiser here. I will have to wait and see if anyone else gets their Tamboran Shares and then get back on to my Broker!!.

I contacted Fidelity and they confirmed that they received paperwork but there's no change in my portfolio as of yet for FOLGF shares.

Yes - one broker has advised they have received paperwork.. I've not had anything from AJ Bell or Hargreaves Lansdown as yet?
