They try very hard to get a solution but imo the social situation there is very very corrupt!

Enwell had

At 31 March 2026, the Company's cash resources were approximately US$93.3 million, comprised of US$78.8 million equivalent in Ukrainian Hryvnia and the balance of US$14.5 million equivalent in a combination of US Dollars, Pounds Sterling and Euros.

Because the company is in idle situation for many months I believe that it would give a dividend let’s say 5,000,000$ from cash bank in abroad-not cash from Ukraine- in order to compensate the shareholders for their investment and patience all these years.

This is sad beyond belief.

Ukraine restrict Enwell's oil and gas operations in Poltava due to Russian majority ownership of the business.

And now Russia target bombs oil and gas facilities in Poltava (reported in News) to damage Ukraine's energy production not realising much of it is Russia owned.

At this moment I do not know if Enwell's operations have been damaged.

They put force (Forbes) in order to operate again without any delay knowing that the decision from the arbitration needs sufficient time .
