Serica Energy Share Price (SQZ)

I personally didn’t like the idea of merging with penny stock ENQ, though they can offset tax loss but it’s not diversifying asset from North Sea which is not profitable given uk labour government tax levy and inflexibility towards British oil and gas industry! Plus if Russia makes a peace deal then oil n gas price will drop significantly as they will open the tap to make it cheaper ! For that reason I will be selling my Serica shares until I see this reverse takeover reversal! In my view it’s a bad move , independent Serica was better

Serica shoud be valued £2.50+ , else would be disappointing, as when I bought Serica based on its its yields and future value not based on reverse takeover! Why should I let go at lower price and merge with a penny stocks if there is no premium?
