PHSC Share Price (PHSC)

First concrete news from new CEO. The net proceeds can be used to continue the repositioning of the Company. Looking forward to more positive news.

Both of the two founding shareholders have left the Board and the company in the past year. Both have shareholdings just under 20%. Share price 11p, net assets approx 29p. Either the share price is wrong or the net assets are overstated. I would not be content if it were my money .I hope that the current Board can stabilise and then start to grow again. It seems that every news bulletin mentions shoplifting so great potential for the security arm. The dividends were passed in favour of investing for growth, but any reinstatement would quickly produce a high yielder.

Potential for a dramatic rerate,thin market, hopefuĺly not too long.

Still a yield of 7% at 28. My thoughts are that with increasing profits and positive cash flow, an increased dividend is possible. Another 25% rise would give a prospective yield of 9%. I also think that PHSC should be trading above net assets.

Another buyback for £200000.

Cash flow positive after increased costs.

Fewer shares for increased dividend ??

Results should be good , shame its only a small company.

Does today's Marlowe (MRL) disposal have any significance for PHSC ?
