Pantheon Resources plc Share Price (PANR)

I have no problem seeing how all 4 work together over the next 12-18 months. See how they get along with dubhe re open, farm out, kodiac delineation, further alkaid …whatever order those occur.

Guessing they will wait on all fronts if/until a farm out deal is done so the strategic developments follow a mutually agreeable path/sequence….and I think that sequence will be dependant on the size of the farm out partner (if we get one)

Given their backgrounds Erich has learned and taken over from Max for previous roles. Max I suspect will know as much if not more on the engineering side as Erich but he also had management/finance training through BP. I think max’s benefit is being able to understand the engineering from Erich and the finance from Spencer.

In terms of understanding how to grow a business in Alaska they have David Wilkins

I think those 4 people is a pretty strong bunch. Were on our 3rd chairman and 2nd CEO in 3 odd years…we don’t want to end up changing board members like socks…or the UK government!

I like Erich too as he has skin in the game and comes across as someone with substance. I’m not too sure about Max , I hope I’m wrong as I’m heavily invested. Fingers crossed we have an amazing chairman who is pulling the right levers and will get us over the line . It’s a great company to be invested with a promising future .

I also think Erich knows his stuff too.

i just think neither of them have ever been in the type of company where they have had to prove their faith in a project by purchasing shares themselves.

thats not their mentality.

neither of these two guys would be very wealthy but maybe comfortable and my guess is proof of commitment in their eyes is by working for Pantheon.

they prob think they will both be very happy if the project works and they gain from the company share programme.

they would be extremely good pros in their fields and brought home some serious successful wells for their previous companies.

James,i dont agree with you regarding max.

i think the guy knows his business inside out,but likewise i think he needs spencer,because spencer is a killer[in the business sense].

i think they complement each other.
