Anyone use HL? I'm struggling to sell my shares as they've never sent me the details. Supposedly a corp action notice was sent out but for some reason it failed to update on my account.

I have chased them repeatedly and only yesterday they admitted the mistake, but haven't proposed a solution.

I just want my 17p and we can all move on

So corp action came through and there is an option to keep your shares in the private company.

What do holders here think of this? I only have a small position here, so is it worth considering?

It has been confirmed , but at 17p and not the 20p that was previously proposed. This sat at 15p ish for months, despite the offer, and then suddenly moved up to 18p , no doubt on whispers that a deal was being finalised. Some recent investors must have had their fingers burnt as the 17p was a disappointment.

Strange drop if the takeover offer hasn't been pulled or confirmed.

More disappointing results here. If the money can be raised, it seems a takeover is inevitable. 33% to be made???
