Virgin Money Uk Share Price (VMUK)

Was just reading the first Nationwide results since the acquisition.

Nationwide said that, since buying Virgin Money, it has booked an accounting gain of GBP2.3 billion, based on the value of the net assets acquired being above the price paid.

Yet apparently this was a good deal for VMUK shareholders....interesting.

On 11 oct my chares will be deal at 218 i received the latter dose any one else go the same

The final dividend payment has arrived, end of the line , those who don't have a Nationwide acc , the past 2 years they been paying £100 for acc holders , profit sharing as its a mutual bank , kind of a dividend I guess..... another freeride bites the dust...atb

Thumbs up given from CMA , as I understand interim dividend 2p will be paid 30th July

It is said that a rising tide lifts all boats.

Yet here we are stalled, with a cancelled half year dividend.

Still can't believe shareholders accepted the Nationwides offer.

I wonder how much higher the shareprice would have been today if the offer had been rejected
