I held Wizz stick pre Covid. If the report is indeed true, then it is worrying. I wonder whether the Wizz Exec are aware of this, and I also wonder whether the same issues are present in other countries where it operates.
If true, my opinion is that you can only treat customers like this for so long. Eventually reputation catches up with you.
Would be excellent to be able to read a response from the company very, very soon!
In the meantime, at least on some routes there’s a choice of airline for consumers.
