So, now we know that MS is the actual holder of BASF shares using Vidacos Nominees Ltd. Where are all those who bid for all the placings by EIG, BASF, and LLOG in that MarketScreener list? A total of 60m + 54.8m (from EIG) + 44m (from LLOG) + 80m (from BASF) = 338.8 m shares 》15.111 % of HBR voting shares! None of those who 'hoovered them up' listed! Which leads me to believe that the list is incomplete.

Dan222, agree re much more buybacks are current levels. Maybe BASF and other significant holders would sell their shares for cancellation at around current 218p levels ?!!

So Chaermy , if the 'system' that you advertise is so good, why do you not simply use it to make a fortune trading instead of advertising on here ? Maybe you're a Saint, access to your 'system' is free and you simply want to save us all from losing money ?

Ignore that marketscreener p!sh, it's very often nonsensical and data mines incorrect/out of context info from the internet.

MS are not the shareholder and have not been hoovering up anything. They are just a fund manger/adviser in respect of the long existing BASF shareholding that those numbers refer to.

AS-P is Altor Finance that took that 150m chunk directly from the BASF sale back in May, discussed here at the time.
