It dipped to the 200 day average and also touched lows on the Slow Stochastics and RSI. Good area to bounce. The rump seems to have been bought by two large institutions and I would think they know what they are doing.

Didn't think we'd end up back here given the rump was sold via private placement for 70p but I guess Trump's wars and the Macro environment drive direction rather than endless Uranium research notes highlighting a growing supply deficit, something we've been hearing for years, yes producers and term price has been grinding higher all that time but the spot trades like a risk asset and dictates the sentiment.

Leftover shares which were not claimed (The Rump) sold at 70p.

70p minus 37.2p subscription price minus fees creates a profit which is distributed to shareholders who didn't take up their rights.

The Rump was 6.8 million shares which were all bought at 70p (nearly double subscription price), that shows there is strong demand for the shares.

Investment trusts often hold a large % of shares in treasury.

This is because they buy back shares when they trade at a large discount to NAV and hold them in treasury, they can then reissue them when demand improves.

This reduces volatility, supports the SP instead of cancelling shares.
