It's a dog, it's risky, the previous investments have done nothing and look suspect, no IPO'S have materialized, the directors are dubious (according to Gordon Bowden etc) Oyster is probably a non starter but there's a chance something could happen with the assets, albeit slim, but watch the volume and the pump if news stating progress with Oyster is ever released, that's why mugs like me stay here...
You don't run away with the money, you invest it via loan notes in sham businesses based abroad that have no intention of paying you back, makes you wonder where the money ends up once it has been washed through these companies that have no verifiable accounts ?
Gunsynd (AIM: GUN, ISDX: GUN) announces that it has invested US$600,000 for 750 new ordinary shares in Summer Bay caravan park representing approximately 25% of Summer Bay's enlarged issued share capital.
Funds will be used primarily to buy 5 old caravans of Lenigas's mate Alf Stewart at a inflated marked-up price.
Foolishly brought in this around 14p during a brief pump before it continued its downtrend, lesson learnt here I guess. Have averaged down a bit but whenever the price starts to recover, good old Cliff starts diluting and tanks the sp again. We've had little information regarding the salt sales, could be a few 100 grams could be tonnes who knows ? Let's hope Manzanilla can work some magic. As for Belluscura, I was under the impression the original timeline was FDA clearance Q3 this year and POC sales Q4 - doesn't look like that's happening, does it. Wouldn't be surprised if Lucyd has spent more money on hiring Sherman than they've made in sales and the AR hype was just that. Have to just sit it out and hope things turn.
Nice bit of news released via the BBC "Two cannabis-based medicines, used to treat epilepsy and multiple sclerosis, have been approved for use by the NHS in England" We supposedly have a Scientific Advisory Board consisting of Dr. Olusola Idowu, Dr. Frank D'Ambrosio and Ian C. Tordoff who has links to the NHS but it's all gone very quiet, meanwhile everyone is pumping ZOE and making money but then again they've got something to sell, what's Cleverly ever sold ?
Asean Deep Value fund have once again increased their holding of Aura on the Asx and it has taken their total holding up to 16.46%, obviously Asean's pockets are considerably deeper than most Pi's so they can keep buying through any dilution and maintain or increase their slice of the pie, but they obviously see the opportunity here.
We were informed that "All resolutions were duly passed" at the Agm but which resolutions were passed? Because no7 was to authorize the directors to issue 6 Billion shares in order to comply with the Company's obligations under the revised loan agreement between the Company and Katrina Clayton.
I'm fully aware that putting money in BLCC is highly speculative, not investing and I could walk away with nothing but geez let's have some news here, it's overdue.
