Given that they are only paying an initial consideration of c. £2m for Goedehoop, I don't see this as a threat to the dividend.

The rest of the headline £30m purchase price is conditional upon the acquisition performing positively.

One certainty is that LAS will always push for a high dividend with its 42% holding.

Nothing has been said about the dividend intentions/capabilities going forward. If they are willing and able to maintain it then it makes the shares tempting to buy pre delisting. Need to find out.

For exposure to coal which could well prove to be a sound investment for a few more years TGA is definitely a safer option for the PI.
