Whole situation STINKS.

Couple days away, noticed the drop, hadn't noticed the suspension.

This isn't the first nor will it be the last time a company is stolen from investors. PI's treated like fodder. FCA will do fck all and so it will continue. Corruption at its worst.

Very dodgy deal.

If anyone held this I'm sure there are grounds to take action

Sapphire was set up 10 days ago or so. Keith Todd is the owner. You know the Keith Todd that was Chairman of Aferian and worked alongside Mark Carlisle. Could it be argued that this was an exercise in circumventing the majority of the bank debt with a view to taking it across the pond?

Looks like the Fraud office need to take a look at this

Kestrel we're owed £1.8M apart from the senior lenders.

Kestrel held 25.9% of Afren stock.

Zeb White NED of AFRN ALSO Investment Director at Kestrel.

How can this be sold for sub £2M,with those assets and revenues.
