Sapphire was set up 10 days ago or so. Keith Todd is the owner. You know the Keith Todd that was Chairman of Aferian and worked alongside Mark Carlisle. Could it be argued that this was an exercise in circumventing the majority of the bank debt with a view to taking it across the pond?

Aferian (AFRN) felt the benefit of Premier Miton exiting the stock, and rose another 88% on the week. Makes one wonder whether Miton should have stayed in, of the signal to buy was it exit. Nevertheless, with this overhang out of the way we can presumably look forward to the promised asset sales, and feel further benefit from the company extending its banking facilities. We have covered the rebound in the stock during the week on a technical basis. While there is clearly resistance around the 1p zone, if the stock can clear this year, the top of a falling trend channel from last year at 1.5p could be delivered in coming weeks.

Both companies should have a mcap of circa £20m.

Particularly like the FCF yield of 15% pencilled in for FY23 and good to see they’re doing work for Siemens in the tech bar department (anyone heard of them?)

I wouldn’t mind betting on an announcement as to TIA’s future with or soon after their FY’s results. No new website is a give away.

The lack of a new website makes me think that this is being bundled up for sale. Perhaps someone has approached them and management thought about all the associated costs of rebranding ? Just a hunch, seen this happen before.

I’m fairly certain the three new partners are Fujitsu, Cap Gemini and Sopra Steria. So along with Atos they must have shed loads of work on. These are the big players winning the big Government contracts. Now looking forward to their trading update.

It will be interesting to see who the 3 new channel partners are, as announced with the Allvotec contracts RNS. There have been some huge contracts awarded to the likes of Fujitsu in recent months.

Thanks for providing a summary. The RNS was slightly convoluted for this time in the morning. I think their end game -as promised to MXC shareholders - is a full return of their money invested. I'm not sure what that equates to but significant increase to where they will stand post reorganisation.

why "must" it be bad news? Daft thing to say - they have to announce to the market if that were the case. Its a delay in the audit - I'm very relaxed.

I think Atos are providing more than enough work for IDE at present. Don't forget they are offering a service that Atos do not want to take on. The contracts are lengthy and with Parker's background in the Service sector, I think the future is quite exciting! Not advice, just an observation.

It would make a lot of sense for IDE to merge with Kores365 - part of MXLG. Perhaps this is the reason that there has been no news?

A mate just told me that FCAP have issued a brokers note. I haven’t seen it but at least it can be seen as a positive development.
